UK Preparing for War? What is actually happening?

Preparing for War?

Does it feel like a country looking to beef up its defense? I hope Conservatives could wake up and stop talking about wars that Britain is unfit to fight. Empty chit chat passing as serious analysis. Present and former MPs are making themselves look and sound like assholes.

Britain cannot even produce proper tanks and Britain created the tanks. I followed the whole thing including what happened when Ben Wallace was Secretary for Defense, talking about cutting manpower to create rapid response SAS like teams. British drone technology, the magic response, is already outdated.

While this is happening, Lithuania indicated that it is ready to attack Russian Federation and Friedrich Merz, the German Chancellor, make similar comments. Both Lithuania and Germany attacking Russian Federation not as NATO countries, on their own.

Obviously this can cause one of two things: 1) a widespread European War 2) the end of NATO when other NATO countries refuse to get involved. But there is a third possibility: USA might decide not to get involved as it goes against USA interests and say that it is nothing to do with NATO.

When NATO countries are making military alliances of their own, this is also a reason to be extremely concerned. Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia just signed a mutual defense pact. Israel and Muslim hating Modi from India have an ongoing arrangement as India provides crucial resources to Israel.

So, if Israel decides to go against Turkey, something that Benjamin Netanyahu has already spoken about, Israel would be actually going against Pakistan, Turkey and Saudi Arabia.

Faraway from Europe, Middle East and Asia Minor, President Milei of Argentina, with American support is preparing to take over South Atlantic Islands. The story tells about fundamental differences between USA and Britain when it comes to geopolitics.

World Conflicts: what we see is an exercise of imperial power and control

World Conflicts: what we see is an exercise of imperial power and control

Across the world people are being killed in an exercise imperial and colonial power. In 1953, the path towards democracy in Iran was killed by the United States and by Britain. They both wanted Iranian oil and gas resources but a democratic regime stood on their way. Without hesitation, United States and Britain distabilized Iran and appointed the Shah as ruler of Iran.

A puppet regime was the perfect solution to satisfy American and British greed, but this was not going to last. With the rise of the Islamic Revolution, the Shah was deposed and a theocratic regime took over control of Iran.

The plan has always been to steel Iran´s resources and the present war by proxy against Iran is very much part of the plan. The criminal regime that rules Israel has no qualms in going around mass bombing and mass murdering. So the unprovoked attack against Iran comes as no surprise. It has been planned all along. Did they do the same about Iraq? Of course they did, but it backfired. It totally destabilized Iraq and produced a wave of violence that goes beyond the borders of Iraq.

Adolf Hitler wrote in Mein Kampf that a war with several fronts was serious mistake and it was precisely a war on several fronts that brought the demise of National Socialist Germany. As the Roman Empire and many other empire before and after fell down, the so called West faces dangers that itself contributed to create.

There is a direct link between geopolitics and national politics and it goes without saying that actions on the international arena are generating consequences at national level. The words of German Chancellor Friedrich Merz were "this is the last chance for Germany". Well, he is doing everything possible to get Alternative für Deutschland elected as the new government of Germany. The more he engages Germany in a disastrous set of foreign policy actions, the sooner the rotten CDU/CSU will fall to bits. Bridges falling in Germany. Public buildings that cannot be repaired. The images of bridges falling and public buildings that cannot be repaired are the best images to represent what CDU/CSU are doing to Germany.

Merkel Out / Merz In? CDU marching towards the Right?

Angela Merkel / Friedrich Merz

CDU marching towards the Right or the Far Right?

The repercussions of what happened during the last Federal Elections and of two consecutive state elections - Bavaria and Hesse - are spreading.  Angela Merkel's announced departure both as party leader and as Chancellor (she will be withdrawing from public office and not standing in elections) come together with the debate of who is going to succeed her firstly as party leader and later on as candidate to become German Chancellor. Let's look at positions maintained by one of the most probable contenders for leadership of CDU:

This shows why Friedrich Merz might be a very attractive choice. CSU tried somehow to take on board part of Alternative für Deutschland's agenda in a desperate effort to avoid defeat but was defeated anyway. It was so obvious that it looked like a cynical attempt. Now, the change would be taking place not in Bavarian CSU but in CDU. If CDU adopt similar o identical policies to those proposed by Alternative für Deutschland, voters might decide to vote for the real thing instead of voting for a copy of the real thing that opened the floodgates and created the problems that led to consecutive electoral defeats.

The question is: once the successor is chosen, will whoever is chosen be an ally or a rival of Angela Merkel? How safe her position will be after December 2018? Will she be in power until March 2019? What about her political backing in terms of negotiations? Will her successor be inclined to alliances that go against party policies? Too many coalitions and too much uncertainty at a time when unity and clarity are key in any decision making process.
