Sudan: Yet another Civil War and more problems related to migration affecting EU and United Kingdom

Sudan: Another ongoing Civil War and the consequences for the rest of the world

On April 15th 2025, G7 countries issued a declaration regarding an ongoing civil war in Sudan that has taken more than a 100,000 lives. The mess is not merely a Civil War as the factions involved in the conflict are getting support from external operators, thus transforming a Civil War into a Geopolitical Conflict.

The rich northern region of Sudan is inhabited by Arabs and Muslims and the poor souuthern region of the country is inhabited by Christians. Oil and Gold are very much part of the picture.

After Sudan became independent, after being part of a protectorate shared by Egypt and the United Kingdom, the country endured a dictatorship and now, since 2023, has been the scenario of a bloody civil war.

Of course, Sudan is a huge market for the illegal weapons trade. A Civil War is de facto a market for selling weapons and this creates a financial incentive for organised crime to earn vast amounts of money.

As any conflict does, it generates vast numbers of refugees that have been flocking to Europe and one of the countries affected is Britain. Some of them seen as refugees are economic migrants that are draining national economies that offer welfare support. This complicates even more the already complex situations affecting Western Europe. Money is being spent as welfare payments and monies are being spent to support those who flee to neighbouring countries and there are even aid organisations operating inside Sudan. Looking at the geographic location of Sudan, we see that south of Sudan we find the Democratic Republic of Congo where another military conflict is taking place. Conflicts can spread into other countries that themselves have been suffering from internal conflicts.

So there are massacres everywhere. Just across the Red Sea we have got Palestine, Lebanon and Syria where there are also ongoing armed conflicts and there is also the potential of new conflicts spreading across the Middle East and Asia Minor. And there is also the very possible surge of armed struggles in Asia as economic wars could turn into armed conflict between big operators.

4 Days to go: 20 January 2025

Whether the Knesset ratifies any ceasefire remains to be seen. President Biden wanted to close his time in office with some big news, but premeditated Jewish delays are already threatening the supposed ceasefire deal as 70 Palestinians are murdered by Israel in the last few hours.

Everybody is expecting big changes in national and international politics. Panama Canal built by USA to be controlled by USA. Another USA State or more than one new USA States? And when you talk about the Gulf, it might not be about Middle East or Asia Minor but closer to home as the Gulf of Mexico becomes the Gulf of America.

Will Keir Starmer, Zelensky and Ursula von der Leyen be invited to the inauguration of the new American President? Another bit of 'let's wait and see'. Will the now British Foreign Secretary that has repeatedly insulted President Donald Trump be invited to the ceremonial and very formal occasion?

We know that happened to Governor Trudeau that soonafter a meeting with President Trump was given his marching orders. Will other politicians be given their marching orders? Again, let's wait and see. In Germany, a Federal Election can dramatically change the political environment in Germany and in France the new Prime Minister is fighting for his survival and being threatened with a no confidence vote. Will he last until July 2025 when new French Assembly Elections can take place.

And in Britain, Keir Starmer is losing cabinet members as trees lose leaves in the autumn. Will Rachel Reeves remain in her post? Let's see what she can come up with in the new budget. Although inflation is said to have fallen, the fall has nothing to do with announced financial measures that will only come into effect in April 2025. Let's see what happens to inflation after April 2025 when the real picture of the British economy will come to the surface.

Israel vs Iran: is this the real show?

Is Israel versus Iran the real show?

We hear the news and see mass media flooded with articles about the dangers of widespread war in the Middle East and Asia Minor. We hear the news about North Koreans joining the fight in Ukraine. It is difficult to ascertain the real dimension of what we have been told.

The real issue of widespred war in the Middle East and Asia Minor are not Israel or Iran, for that matter. The real issue are the vast amounts of oil and gas spread across the entire region. Kuwair, Bahrain, UAE, Saudi Arabia, and so forth. If the Middle East and Asia Minor were to go up in smoke this will be a catastrophe for the world economy as a whole and there would be massive political consequences.

Both Israel and Iran have to play according to the rules. The United States of America might care about Iran, but the USA cares more about money and as long as money is being made the lives of hundreds of thousands don't matter at all, but the monies being made by shareholders matter more than human lives.

As long as the business of war keeps going and does not get out of control threatening the value of shares it is business as usual. Don't attack nuclear facilities! Don't attack oil reserves! Don't do anything that could ruin the business of war. Both Israel and Iran have to play for their own public and therefore they have to do something to prove that they are doing something.

We are dealing with Jews that do not give a damn about Jews, people for whom their own people matter very little as long as they get what they want. We are dealing with the Bernie Madoffs of geopolitics. Benjamin Netanyahu is a Bernie Madoff of geopolitics. The massacres carried out by Israel will continue. Israel has a license to kill as long as the business of war goes on as usual and monies are being made, but the Bernie Madoff also know that there are limitations. When Iran threatens to attack all those who help Israel there are direct references to oil and gas countries in the region. So any action against Iran has to be limited not to push Iran to attack the real targets in the Middle East and Asia Minor. We know how things are now under the present US Administration and I reckon that things will not change dramatically under a new US Administration because the interests are the same and the people actually running the circus are the same.

With regards to North Korea, I reckon that Ukraine is for North Korea what the Spain's Civil War was for the Wehrmacht: a training ground. North Korea has been in isolation and has not had any opporunity to test its Army in real battles. Although the number of North Korean troops is minimal, Ukraine can provide valuable opportunities. It also sends the message of unity: boys, we are all in it together. Military cooperation at every level. About 3,000 North Korean troops will not make any major difference in the conduct of the war, from a Russian standpoint as the Russian Federation has mobilized hundreds of thousands of troops.

Much of what Western politicians say is no more than chit chat, a propaganda effort to justify the existence of people who are absolutely irrelevant. NATO is a business to keep money rolling in for shareholders. Any monies that go into the pockets of shareholders are not monies that serve the general public. They are not invested in health, education, transport, infra-structure and so forth. The most important problems remain forever unsolved and this is why we have got the problems that we have got with more and more people facing miserable lives.

What would happen if an Islamic political party was created?

What would happen to British politics if an Islamic political party was created?

Looking at demographics, it is easy to imagine that if Muslim communities stopped supporting existing political parties and decided to create an Islamic Party such political party would be very successful. Muslim families tend to have more children and therefore, every year, the number of those supporting the said party electorally would be increasing. Nowadays, a sizeable number of those coming to Britain as refugees come from Muslim countries and with European countries increasingle averse to accept Muslim refugees the numbers of those coming to UK would also be growing up.

If Jeremy Corbyn wanted to increase his political influence, he is making all the right moves. Those he is now joining as a group happen to be mostly former Labour candidates and former Labour members now acting as Independents that happen to be Muslim. As the Conservative Party did before, Labour is alienating Muslim voters. More conservative Muslim voters not only oppose the mainstream political parties' policies and attitudes regarding Israel. They also oppose sexual ideology that openly contradicts traditional Muslim values.

Question marks and more question marks = Elections that can change the geopolitical map

Elections that can change the geopolitical map are taking place throughout 2024. We start with France in a few days time when European Parliament Elections could signal what will the potential outcome of the French General Election be.

In the United Kingdom, many assume that Keir Starmer will be the next British Prime Minister. Is this set in stone?

And in the USA, please have a look at those running as Vice-Presidential Candidates. We should not underestimate the possibility of Vice-Presidential Candidates becoming key figures during the next mandate starting in 2024. Will the outcome of these elections be clear enough to avoid the precedent of litigation when elections in certain states were strongly contested?

There are important developments happening not only in Eastern Europe and in the Middle East. In October 2025, Federal Elections in Germany. In the Federal Election of 2021, the SPD - head of the ruling coalition with FDP and Grüne - 23.4% of the vote. It now has an expectation of vote of 15%. FDP had 11.4% and it now has 5%, while Grüne had 14.7% and it now has 12%. CDU had 24.2 % and it now has 30%. In any case, results point towards yet another coalition.

The impact of what is happening in Germany has had obvious consequences - all members of the present coalition have seen their support going down. In 2021, 23.4 plus 11.4 plus 14.7 = 49.5

Today, support for the coalition is 15 plus 5 plus 12 = 32

Alternative für Deutschland has the same level of support that Grüne and FDP have put together. But other surveys indicate that SPD has 15% and AfD has 17%. This means that Alternative für Deutschland has more support than the political party that is now ruling Germany. Should anything major happen, how will any major event - war included - affect the outcome of German elections?

Humza Yousaf: an earthquake in Scottish politics and UK politics

Humsa Yousaf: an earthquake in Scottish politics and UK politics

From Alex Salmond, through Nicola Sturgeon to Humza Yousaf, the SNP was a different SNP every step of the way. The surge of the Alba Party was part of this voyage.

Practically from the very beginning, Alex Salmond was telling us that Scotland could be independent and self-financing with Scottish oil and gas resources. That was his fighting card.

The arrival of Nicola Sturgeon (and of her husband now facing fraud charges) made people believe that Nicola Sturgeon could get things done and she was the darling of the mass media until her fall that some say was motivated by pressures related to a fraud investigation. She also made the ill fated decision to have a coalition with the Green Party that brought in very unsavoury policies in terms of energy and of gender politics, something that was questioned outright by Scottish voters that started to turn their backs on the SNP.

Events outside the United Kingdom and markedly the crisis in the Middle East had a negative impact, once again, because the ethnicity and religion card has been played over and over again. The Zionist Movement could not possibly accept a Muslim leader, critical of events in the Middle East. So the fall of Humza Yousaf has been caused by a cocktail of reasons and the choice of a new leader will tells in which direction Scotland is moving and in which direction British politics is moving with Muslim increasingly disenchanted that do not trust that there is a valid expression of their views and needs in British politics.

There are already signs that in the future British politics will be about ethnic politics and very little about real British needs. Angela Merkel, speaking about Germany, publicly said 'Multikulti ist tot' (Multiculturalism is dead). The same will now apply to British politics.

World is ruled by force: Might is Right

From the very beginning, some people in Israel have sought inspiration on the pages of Mein Kampf - the political manifesto of Adolf Hitler.

Adolf Hitler stated very clearly in Mein Kampf that 'Might is Right' and Israel has followed this to the extreme.

If you can take it and keep it, it is yours. Looking at the map of 1948 and comparing the map of 1948 with what happened afterwards, it is plainly obvious that Israel follows the principles stated by Adolf Hitler.

Adolf Hitler stated that the winners will have nothing to prove or justify in terms of accountability as the winners will be accountable to no one and this is exactly what has been happening. Israel makes International Law as it goes along and completely ignores the International Community. Israel has maintained millions of peoples under occupation, carrying out ethnic cleansing, dispossession, and murder.

I doubt very much that this is what the forefathers of Israel actually wanted. Israel has been taken over by psychopaths and murderers whom, by their actions, are putting in danger millions of Jews across the world. They are the champions of Anti-Semitism and Anti-Jewish sentiments. They promote Anti-Semitism and Anti-Jewish sentiments. If you want to blame somebody for the rise of Anti-Semitism and Anti-Jewish sentiments across the world, blame those in authority in Israel and those outside Israel that support atrocities being committed by Israelis in the Middle East.

Eminent Jews that denounce the atrocities committed by the present Israeli government end up being attacked by psychopaths that rule Israel and their supporters.

The Warsaw Ghetto of Palestine: it was bound to happen

It was bound to happen. You don't force hundreds of thousands of peoples to live under occupation in virtual ghettos and expect that nothing will happen. The Israeli Apatheid Regime will suffer tragedies from time to time and when the anger spreads far away from the borders of the occupied territories the conflict will grow and grow until it spirals out of control.

Most revolutions - the American Revolution, the French Revolution, the Soviet Revolution - were born out of anger, frustration and discontent and festering anger, frustation and discontent will become explosive and this is exactly what we are seeing now in Palestine. Once you join the dots, geopolitics will take over and this will spread to countries that are farways from the conflict and some of which are very much the reason there is a conflict today.

With every new tragedy, determination on both sides of the conflict is reinforced and sooner than later other players will get involved and then it will havoc for all concerned.

It seems that the recipe for all conflicts is not negotiation but simply to add logs to the fire until the fire can no longer be controlled.

Palestine: Present troubles were triggered by the United Kingdom

Until 1948, Palestine was Palestine, but then Britain intervened and troubles began. After tne initial partition of Palestine, Israel went on swallowing bits and pieces of whatever was left of Palestine and this could only come at a price: a series of wars and atrocities that led to what is happening right now. Western powers completely ignored the local populations and newcomers from all over Europe settled down in what is now Israel. Present inhabitants mainly came from Eastern Europe and fron the then Soviet Union. Instead of integrating with the local populations, they brought their own customs and their own laws and their own systems of Apartheid in which local inhabitants were treated as second or third class citizens. Those who did not want to submit to the powers of the newcomers were isolated in ghettos that we know now as 'the occupied territories'. In fact, the whole of Palestine is 'occupied territories'.

British imperial myopia led to decades of atrocities and later on British mypia was replaced by American myopia and tragedies became a normal occurrence. We can talk about natural divisions and confrontations in the Middle East and Asia Minor, but we must also talk about how Western Powers benefitted from those divisions and confrontations to exploit natural resources that fed the industrial apparatus of the Developed World. For the USA, Britain and others people did not count at all. All they cared about was oil and their own geopolitical interests. They, the supposed heroes of Democracy, have no hesitation when supporting the exploitation of local populations by tyrannical rules. Tyrannical rulers only bother them if they are tyrannical rulers that they cannot control. As long as Saddam Hussein followed the diktats of the USA, he was a good dictator. The moment he turned againt US interests, he had to be eliminated. The same rules applied and apply to other regimes across the world.

In Latin America, Henry Kissinger was the big mover of the so called Condor Plan, a system of cooperation between Latin American military dictatorships. The USA trained killers that terrorized their own peoples and torture and murder became commonplace with the full support of the US State Department. Now, President Biden talks about 'full support for Israel'. He does not even bother to mention that there are two sides in the conflict, but it is understandable since US has only cared for one side of those in the conflict. The USA does not give a damn about justice and human rights and this is easy to understand since certain peoples are not even seen as human beings. Those who are not part of the US geopolitical calculations do not exist and are totally expendable.

Western stupidity with the expansion of NATO towards the East caused the conflict in Ukraine

NATO expansion towards the East caused the conflict in Ukraine. President Reagan promised Mikhail Gorbachev that NATO would not get closer to the borders and NATO has done exactly the opposite of what was promised to Mikhail Gorbachev.

The reason Ukraine was not incorporated into the European Union was the gigantic levels of corruption existing in Ukraine that bankrupted Ukraine, not allowing Ukraine to pay for the energy that it needed.

This led to scandal after scandal that completely destabilized Ukraine and led to internal insecurity with gangs of armed men terrorising ethnic Russians in Ukraine and after a decade of abuses committed against ethnic Russians, including announcements about banning Russian language that incidentally is widely spoken in Ukraine including by those who hate Russians, it came the point when the Russian Federation run out of patience and intervened to protect ethnic Russians.

Fuelling the conflict with weapons and money that will not be accounted for and cannot be accounted for, the main beneficiaries of the conflict will be international criminal organizations as weapons and money are already going out of Ukraine and falling into the hands of the said criminal organizations. As there are conflicts across Middle East, Africa and Latin America, there is a fertile ground for market expansion of the weapons trade.

Einstein on Ukraine: Doing the same over and over again expecting to get different results is the definition of insanity.

 Dear Helen Hayes MP,

Thank for your prompt reply. I must say that in terms of what came first and what happened second, I do disagree with you. Right after the point when the Soviet Union came to an end and Ukraine returned nuclear weapons, everything was alright. Ukraine was facilitating passage of gas and oil from the Russian Federation to the rest of Europe, consuming Russian gas and oil itself and paying for the delivery of gas and oil that it consumed.

The second stage was the time when it became clear that the economic situation was not the best and some Ukrainian oligarchs were shown to be benefitting while the rest of Ukraine was suffering.

The third stage when payments for gas and oil were not made, the Russian Federation asked for payments that were not forthcoming and the political situation become turbulent and made worse by American politicians and EU politicians that saw an opportunity to damage the relationship with the Russian Federation and this we saw on the streets, is on record and it includes records of pseudo demonstrators that were paid to demonstrate.

The fourth stage was the rise of the paramilitaries that with or without authorization of the central government of Ukraine started to alienate ethnic Russians.

The fifth stage was the actual rise of the conflict in Eastern Ukraine when nothing was done to deter paramilitaries and ethnic Russian had to arm themselves and ultimately declared independence. Even at this point in time, they wanted autonomy, but not total separation from Ukraine. It would have been up to the Ukrainian government to tackle the paramilitaries to prevent a civil war.

For years on end, about eight years, the Ukrainian government could have used whatever degree of authority it had to impose the rule of law and prevent the actions of the paramilitaries.

Instead of providing support to bring the situation under control, the West aka USA used Ukraine as part of its anti-Russian strategy. It was done with Iran because Iran at the time was a close ally of the Russian Federation since the Russian Federation provided nuclear fuel for Iranian reactors and it was done in Syria that was also a close ally of the Russian Federation.

Iraq used to be a buffer zone. In fact, Iraq itself was used before against Iran and at the time the West looked the other way when Iraq used chemical weapons against Iran. What happened was that with Iraq out of the way the whole balance in the Middle East changed. Hundreds of thousands of Iraq flee Iraq after the American bombardment and ended up in Turkey, in Lebanon, in Syria – to name a few places. With Iraq out of the way, Turkey, Saudi Arabia and Israel started their quest to fill up the gaps to create a new status quo. What happens in Yemen is very much part of the same game with Britain, Saudi Arabia and USA cooperating with each creating one of the worst human catastrophes because of their conflict with pro-Iranian forces.

So the issues of refugees is not new. It started big way with the disappearance of Iraq and of Libya as buffer zones. Nowadays, the mass media have blamed Belarus from the refugee flood. Let’s not forget that at one point EU was paying Turkey to prevent the waves of refugees desperate to reach Europe.

President Reagan promised Mikhail Gorbachev that with the Berlin Wall gone there would be no further expansion towards the East. Promises that were not fulfilled. Expansion continued apace with the threat of missiles right across the borders of the Russian Federation. What happened with Ukraine was the trigger, but it was not unexpected. The Russian Federation spoke about red lines that were crossed one after another, completely disregarding the concerns of the Russian Federation. Instead of delivering what had been promised, the so-called West – aka USA started to implement sanctions after sanctions and this was rubbing salt in an open wound.

Nothing has changed and the same failing strategies of imposing sanctions go on, antagonizing the Russian Federation ever more.

With regards to energy, despite the conflict in Ukraine, the Russian Federation continues to pump oil and gas towards European countries via Ukraine. Oil prices and gas prices are rising and will keep rising and we will soon see political changes not just in Europe, but most importantly in developing countries that can ill afford the rising costs of energy. This happens at very bad time when we are still recovering after two years of a pandemic that has generated vast financial damages.

We had a choice of bringing about changes via increased trade and development and now we are back again implement the policy of guns. The new German Chancellor speaks about increasing Germany’s defence budget by investing not less than 200 billion Euro. How is this going to work? It is going to pump up debt at the expense of everything else in a country in which there is galloping inflation. Let us remember how we got to this point. In 2017, CDU/CSU with Angela Merkel barely managed to form a coalition. She failed to form a coalition during the first round of negotiations with SPD that refuse to form a coalition. She then tried to form a coalition with FDP and Grünen and didn’t manage to do it. Then, as last resort, she managed to persuade SPD to come onboard again. That was 2017. In the recent Federal Elections, CDU/CSU collapsed from 41% to less than 25% and SPD that didn’t increase its votes was in charge of forming a coalition and did so with FDP and Grünen.  How stable such a coalition will be remains to be seen and energy costs will be a major factor.

If there is growing unemployment, the patience of AG Metal, the biggest union in Germany, will run out and support for SPD that is only represented in 11 of 16 Federal States will collapse meaning the collapse of the German coalition.

Rebuilding the German Armed Forces will not be green. It will require a lot of industrial power mainly based in fossil fuels – coal being the major German resources because Angela Merkel after the Fukushima disaster opted for dismantling German nuclear plants. If Germany becomes unstable – since Germany is the main support of the EU – the EU becomes more unstable.

The situation both in political terms and in geopolitical terms will be solved with more economic activity. Not less economy activity. Sanctions promote less economy activity. Less economic activity promotes unemployment. Unemployment promotes political instability. Political instability that the European continent does not need. You can then cross to France and see what is happening in France. The Socialists after Hollande are out of the game. What is left? Macron and two branches of the so called Far Right.

I haven’t even mentioned the Developing World. Argentina is drowning once again. More than 50 per cent of Uruguayan exports go to China. To name just these two countries, what effect do you think financial issues and the rise of energy prices will have in those two countries? They are not the worst off. Think about the others. In the 1950s and 1960s the collapse of agricultural exports as agricultural prices started to fall led to massive indebtedness followed by massive budget cuts leading to political instability followed by military regimes. Countries live in a cycle of unpayable debt and constant negotiation to refinance debts. How much so-called democratic regimes can take before we are facing another cycle of de facto regimes? In Argentina, there was a cycle of Justicialistas and Radicales. Both of them have proven to be equally ineffective. In Uruguay, the once powerful Partido Nacional and Partido Colorado have only been able to survive by forming a coalition and this is something extraordinary, and this coalition comes after the exhaustion of the so called Frente Amplio that itself is in crisis. What are the political alternatives? Is there a political alternative? What happens in Chile that was once one of the most promising countries of Latin America?

You need to look at the bigger picture. The sooner the present impasse comes to an end, the sooner sanctions are lifted, and trade re-starts in a big way, the sooner we stop talking war and start talking about economic development, the better we all will be.

Look at the big picture. What good came out of the struggle in Iraq, Afghanistan, Syria, Libya and of other military adventures? Is the world a better place because of it? Have you thought about Lebanon and the human tragedy that Lebanon is today?

We keep following the same failed strategies of the US that it itself is a mess with Congress having to pass again and again legislation to increase borrowing to prevent paralysis of the entire Administration and ensuing chaos. Is this the model that we want Britain to follow? Is this the model that we want Europe to follow?

I keep repeating myself and saying that Britain needs its own independent Foreign Policy. We voted for Brexit not to be attached to the designs of the European Union, we talk about trade opportunities, and the first thing we do is to use the same past failed recipes that lead to confrontation, waste, and social chaos.

As Paul Samuelson used to say, the choice is between butter and cannons.

Best regards

Karl Hohenstauffen

Dominic Cummings: Whistleblower or Spiteful man seeking revenge no matter what?

For months on end, the Opposition targetted Dominic Cummings identifying him as the source of all evil in the British government. Mr. Cummings was pictured and depicted in the most negative manner, harassed by journalists and lots of ink was spread about him being the worst of the worst. They even laughed when he presumably was infected with Covid-19.

Months passed and one day Dominic Cummings was fired by the Conservative goverment. The Opposition celebrated. Finally, they had got their man and he was out of government. Such an evil influence he had been! Now, months later after he was fired, he has now been made the centre of attention because he is saying exactly what the Opposition wants him to say to attack the Conservative government.

But wait a minute! Mr. Cummings is saying that he knew that lives were being put at risk and chose to stay in government, keeping his mouth shut while thousands were dying? So here comes the fact. If what he says is true, then Mr Cummings is guilty as hell for being part of a lethal cover up and criminal charges should be raised against him for being an accomplice of serious crimes. He says that he knew that lives were being put in danger and chose to remain silent until when? Until he was fired. Only months after he was fired he calculated that it was then the time to talk and reveal all. This stinks as the cold blooded maneuvers of a political manipulator that knows which buttons to press to get things his way.

The Opposition has been a disgrace, failing to carry out proper opposition, focusing on scandals instead of promoting viable alternatives and now the Opposition - once again - is not offering the kind of choices that ordinary voters want to hear about. What is the reality of it all? Britain is coming out of Lockdown. The economy is starting to pick up speed and moving in the right direction. The country is once again open for business and business is what Britain is about.

Do I trust the present Opposition? The previous Shadow Cabinet was a shambles with various examples of sheer incompetence and then came yet another reshuffle very much like a game of chairs. The grass roots of the Labour Party, elected representatives of the Labour Party, are publicly saying that they don't know what the Labour Party stands for, that they don't have a clue about what the Labour Party stands for. People were joking about the demotion of the Deputy Leader of the Labour Party that was given so many attributions as compensation for her demotion that she might have become a risk for the Labour Party Leader Keir Starmer.

Things are so bad, the Labour MPs who are still loyal to the previous Labour Party Leader Jeremy Corbyn even with that the Labour Party does badly in the Batley and Spen by-election due to take place in July as a way to get rid of Keir Starmer. Is using what Mr Cummings is saying - regardless of it being true or false - a way to divert attention from the miserable state the Opposition is in?

The disconnect between the Labour Party and its supporters is plainly obvious. In Batley and Spen, a community with a vast presence of people of Pakistani and Indian descent (16.9% Pakistani and 15.9% Indian) where Labour has had a majority since 1997, 60% per cent of voters voted for Brexit. The London centric Labour Party seems to be ignoring the will of its supporters all along. They ignored the will of voters in Hartlepool and were routed by the Conservative Party. Wil they seek to ignore the will of voters once again in Batley and Spen?

I understand why the Opposition is trying to find some alternative narrative to motivate voters to come out and vote for them. If Kim Leadbeater really want to win the seat in Batley and Spen she might be well advised to put some distance between herself and the Parliamentary Labour Party, between herself and the leadership of the Labour Party, and to choose to fight the election on purely local issues. Keir Starmer position on geopolitical issues might not carry the favour of people who are predominantly Muslim. Some die-hard Remain stances might not be very favourable either.

Israel: Those who live by the sword die by the sword

The idea of a Promised Land turned into a nightmare

Even before 1948, the year when what we know as the State of Israel came to be, Palestine was in flames. Palestine was the possession of many empires including the Roman Empire and the Ottoman Empire. The Crusaders went to Palestine presumably to liberate it from the ones they called the Infidels - translation of those who professed another faith that wasn't their faith. Murder, rape, and destruction have for a very long time been common currency in Palestine and given what we know such lamentable state of affairs is not going to come to an end any time soon. Tonight, once again, violence has spread across Palestine. Peace in Palestine is never an ever lasting reality and, as always, those who live by the sword die by the sword. For centuries, Islam, Christianity and Judaism lived together without any formal state. Oh, yes, they were not always at war. The coexisted. Under British rule Palestine was a Protectorate and there was rule of law, but a precarious peace was not meant to last as events in Europe triggered a process that to put an end to the Protectorate and led to the partition of Palestine.

Until the start of World War Two - officially started on September 3, 1939 - two days after Germany invaded Poland - National Socialist Germany was initially in favour of the idea of sending Jewish populations to Palestine and the so called Zionist Movement was very much in favour of it as they wanted Jews to go to what they called the Promised Land. But the start of World War Two frustrated many plans.

By the end of World War Two, once again, the Zionist Movement renewed its efforts and finally in 1948 the partition of Palestine took place and the State of Israel was born, but not all Jews chose to go to Palestine. Many of those who were leaving Europe chose to go to other countries i.e. the USA. After what they had been through before the war and after the war, quite a few were not willing to face any more so much hardship. The State of Israel of 1948 was nothing compared to today's Israel as conflict after conflict the State of Israel took more and more land from its neighbours and expansion has never really stopped. Such expansion at the expense of local populations could only lead to confrontation and this is exactly what we are witnessing today.  Instead of an ever lasting peace, it has created an ever lasting war that has been affecting other parts of the world for a very long time.

EU, Turkey, Greece and other conflicts are clear examples of the mess the world is in

EU, Turkey, Greece and other conflicts are clear examples of the mess the world is in

Conventions on Human Rights? Universal Declarations? Not worth the paper they are written on. Wherever you look, the world is a state of flux. Chaotic situations and golf post that keep changing NATO is no more than the direct consequence of widespread corruption. Dwight Einsenhower alerted about the dangers of the weapons industries becoming all two powerful.

Where there is no conflict, conflicts are created to allow the blood spilling industries to prosper. Look at the Americas, at Africa, at the Middle East and Asia Minor, at Asia itself. Of each conflict the direct consequence is massive flows of displaced populations that are used as pawns. Suddenly, border fences are erected and desperate people end up being killed.

The present chaos cannot go on forever without causing war between other countries and Europe must get ready for war. This is not going to end up well. The very existence of NATO and of the UN, two organisations born out of World War Two, is being threatened. The Twenty-First Century is not the Twentieth Century and we find outself totally unprepared to deal with new challenges.

Corona Virus and Immigration: Yet another reason to restrict immigration

Corona Virus and Immigration: Yet another reason to restrict immigration

The headline "Turkey allows 100,000 immigrants to cross into Greece" is not just about sheer politics. It is a health threat. Vulnerable people entering Europe could well be a bomb about to explode. Immigraiton has always been a health risk. Much of the native aborigine people of the American Continent were wipe out by illnesses brought in by Europeans.

People carry diseases wherever they go and the local populations might not be immune to viruses and bacteria brought in by newcomers. International Treaties and Convention on Assylym and Immigration fail to address health issues. What started in China is now spreading to the rest of the world.

Each country has to take measures to protect itself and if necessary treaties and conventions should be amended or rescinded on health grounds. Protecting local populations is top priority. This is about health and also about National Security.

Syria: Russia is building peace for all

Syria: Russia is building peace for all

While USA, Britain and others were bent on regime change in Syria, thus creating the mess that Syria became, Russia was involved - especially authorized by the Syrian government - to restore stability in Syria.

Even today, the British Parliament seems to be more worried about how close Russia and Turkey have become and there is even talk about raising the issue at the next NATO summit. They seem to forget that thanks to Russian mediation in Syria the feared massacres in Syria will not happen. Turkey will have the reassurances it needs that Kurds will not use Syria as a platform to attack Turkey. For the Syrian government, Russia provides the reassurances that Syria will recover control in areas that were occupied by foreign forces.

And what the mass media and many of the political establishments are worried about? They talk about loss of American influence. So what is more important: American influence with the loss of the lives of American soldiers who would be dying for nothing or the restoration of peace in Syria and by extension the potential to restore peace in the Middle East? If peace is restored in Syria, there won't be a platform for Islamic State to attack other countries and this means that everybody in Middle East and Asia Minor and outside the said areas will benefit. US withdrawal was a rational and benefitial measure for all, including those not involved in conflicts. The sooner political estability is restored, the sooner the fighting will stop for the benefit of all.

Another factor that both some people in the USA and many in the Europe ignore is that Turkey has sufferent the brunt of instability in the Middle East and Asia Minor. Hundreds of thousands of refugees, running away from conflict, ended up in Turkey and this is causing serious problems in Turkey. So the sooner conflict ends, the sooner many if not all of those refugees will be able to return to Syria. What is more, when the conflict in Syria is over many of those who sought refuge in Europe and elsewhere will be able to return to Syria. This way, many difficult issues several European countries are struggling to deal with will be resolved.

So, once again, thanks to the Russian Federation, there is hope for peace in a very troubled part of the Middle East and there is hope of being able to deal with the problems of refugees and the problems massive flow of refugees can and do create.

But the positive influence of the Russian Federation doesn't end in Middle East, Asia Minor, Europe and the USA. The Russian Federation is building up cooperation with African countries and in turn will create a much better environment, an environment for peaceful and democratic developments.

President Obama: Nobel Prize for peace in Palestine? What peace in Palestine?

President Obama: Nobel Prize for peace in Palestine? What peace in Palestine?

As we follow what has been happening in Palestine and in the Middle East in general, we ask the question again: what was the Nobel Prize for Barak Obama about? What has fundamentally changed in the situation being faced by Israelis and Palestinians? What long term beneficial arrangement has been reached?

But lets also look at other issues and one of such issues is Libya and what happened in Libya during President Obama's administration with Hillary Clinton as Secretary of State. The Arab Spring turned into the Arab Nightmare that became Europe's nightmare. The US Administration created refugees and Europe had to deal with the refugees and/or economic migrants (whichever title you want to give to the massive number of people who were displaced or simply decided to move out of their own countries in search for the Christian Paradise that many are trying to turn into a Muslim Dominion.

This is not only about the wisdom of military interventions. It is about the consequences of disastrous US Foreign Policies under a Democratic Administration. USA is far away from Africa, Middle East and Asia Minor, but it is Europe the one that has to deal with the consequences of disastrous US Foreign Policies.

Did President Obama deal with North Korea? No. It was necessary to wait for President Trump to deal with North Korea and he didn't do it with weapons. President Trump did it with words, talking to people and seeking an understanding. There are no more North Korea missiles flying over neighbouring countries. No more talk about missile attacks against the USA. There is a path towards peace between two countries in the Korean Peninsula. No more resources invested in wasteful naval military exercises seen as a threat and justification for nuclear developments. Is there any talk about giving President Trump a Nobel Prize?

When President Trump talks about immigration, he refers to legal immigration. Is it wrong to say that anybody coming to the USA must have proper documentation? The Democratic Party supports Illegal Immigration. How can Democratic support for Illegal Immigration be compatible with National Security?

The leaders of the Democratic Party are against defending the USA faced with Illegal Immigration and are willing to bring the entire state administration to a halt so that they can get their way. With this behaviour, the Democratic Party doesn't stand for American Values and doesn't stand for US National Security either. Legal means legal. I wouldn't dream about travelling to the USA without proper documentation.

The irony is that Jews have immortalised Adolf Hitler

The irony of remembering what happened during World War Two is that Jews have immortalised Hitler by constantly going back to World War Two. It has been a doubled edged-sword. More than 70 years after the demise of Adolf Hitler, the name of the German President Chancellor is a household name.

I reckon that 70 years after the conflict, the world itself has not come to terms or being able to internalise the importance of the conflict. For many, the conflict has become a touristic attraction in a way that tragedies and those involved in them became a curiosity.

A museum in Indonesia even built an exhibit of Adolf Hitler with a photograph depicting the entrance of a concentration camp with the famous words 'Arbeit macht Frei' (Work makes you free). The protagonists of World War Two and the symbols of World War Two have been turned into cultural icons. Members of the British Royal Household and Members of Parliament have been shown entertaining themselves wearing National Socialist armbands.

It is a very peculiar turn of events because the more Jewish communities and Jewish organisations keep World War Two in the minds of present generations, the more glamour is added to the experiences of World War Two. The more they talk about it, the more fashionable certain symbols become. Anti-Semitism can be therefore be self-inflicted.

We must prepare for widespread political upheaval leading to World War

We must prepare for World War.

An unstable World pushed towards the edge by the destruction of OPEC brought about by the drastic fall of oil prices can only lead to war.

Developing countries already struggling under the weight of decades of piled up public and foreign debt will see political upheaval of levels never seen before.

When all certainties disappear, the armed way will be the only way. Former US President James Carter stated once during a visit to Central America that there would be no guerrillas if people had something to live for.

Drug trafficking became an issue when the prices of agricultural products collapsed due to subsidies implemented by both the US and the then European Community. Suddenly, farmers became drug producers because drugs were more valuable that agricultural products. Further political and financial instability can only benefit drug traffickers and weapons producers.

The paradox is that the fall of oil prices also means budget cuts in so called Developed Economies for which taxes on oil revenues are an important factor to maintain public services. Britain managed to lose not less than 75 billion Pound in just a few weeks leading to recalculations of public budgets and lay offs.

As the Peace Economy is torpedoed, the War Economy is booming with more and more demand for weaponry. Adolf Hitler stated that armies are meant to be used in war. The number of conflicts across the world is rising and all is needed is a connecting pin to link them all.

We know they are dangerous. Why are they still in Britain?

Sheikh Omar Bakri Mohammad
We know they are dangerous. We know what they preach. Why are they still in Britain?

If we are going to war, the laws of war apply: Internment camps, concentration camps and deportation. We cannot ask European soldiers to die in the Middle East and Asia Minor while people like this benefit from all the comforts Western Civilization can offer.

We know what Islam is about and how it has led to all kinds of atrocities against those Muslims see as vulnerable. We see the images coming from the Middle East, Asia Minor and Africa. We see the images in Rotherham and in other British cities.

Primer Minister David Cameron, if you are serious about tackling extremism, get rid of the Islamic crap that infests British cities.
