Kashmir: Should divided Kashmir become an independent country?

 

Kashmir exists as a divided territory - one chunk of Kashmir is under Pakistani administration and another chunk is under Indian administration.

Now, lets compare the geographic size of Kashmir to the geographic size of the United Kingdom.

243.620 km2 - United Kingdom 

222.236 km2 - Kashmir

Slightly smaller than the United Kingdom, Kashmir could become one country and Pakistan and India could reach an agreement to ensure stability. 

From a demographic point of view, about 12.5 million people live in the area controlled by India, while about 2.5 million people live in the area controlled by Pakistan. With about 15 million people would be more populous than many a country in the rest of the world and the inhabitats have a common language - Urdu.

Economically, Kashmir is about services and fundamentally about agriculture. So the main areas of activity are agriculture, tourism and little industrial development. If we look at other economies across the world, comparisons can be made that put Kashmir on a equal footing with many countries. So, as a country, it would be viable. A united and stable Kashmir would mean more stability for the entire Subcontinent.

In the last few hours, a new war has started. The time will come when joining the dots we will have World War Three.

Two Nuclear Powers - one of them with massive size and population, but demographic is not all what it seems. If Pakistan faces the danger of being overrun by India the use of Nuclear Weapons is a given.

China and Uruguay strengthen bilateral relations at all levels, including trade but not exclusively trade. President Luis Alberto Lacalle Pou is in Beijing for the signature of important agreements with a country that already receives 56% of Uruguayan exports.

Uruguay is a key geographic player with full access to Antarctica and the South Atlantic having some of the best deep water harbours in the region. Somebody that was already remarked by other Asian nations seeking to exploit the riches of Antarctica and of the South Atlantic.

The Uruguayan President has long seen bilateral agreements outside Mercosur as the key for Uruguay development, taking Uruguay away from the straightjacket of a trading block. It is not about leaving Mercosur, but about looking towards the rest of the world and especially towards new trade agreements in distant parts of the planet.

We do not know what will the Argentinian position since President Elect Javier Milei and his political partners in the Argentinian Parliament still need to decide what is needed to curb the inflationary process in Argentina. One needs to assume that for while internal matters both financial and political will be seen as immediate priorities. With regards to Brazil, President Lula is still interested in an agreement with the European Union, agreement that in view of present positions in Europe seems to be distant.

When comparing trade agreements, the European Union is a very small fraction of world markets. In demographic terms, Europe is an even smaller fraction compared to India, China, Russia and other world operators and this includes Africa - a massive continent with a vast amount of resources.

For Uruguay, anything that limits Uruguay's capacity to trade with the rest of the world is something to get rid of. Paraphazing what was said by Hungary when Hungary joined the European Union, 'we are going to accept that benefits Hungary and reject what does not benefit Hungary'. By the way, the music of the Uruguayan National Anthem was composed by a Hungarian composer. 
 

Green Party: Protecting the environment or just another left wing movement?

 

The British newspaper The Guardian gave away the reality of the Green Party. This is not about the environment or saving the planet. This is about yet another grouping that has the intent to erode the foundations of our way of life. 

If the idea is to protect the environemnt - I am sure that people right, centre and left of politics are concerned about the planet - there is no need to mix ideological stances with measures to protect the planet. 

If we look closely at China - for example - the whole issue of the Sea of China is about mineral resources including oil. It is the presumed existence of vast deposits of fossil fuels that led to a more assertive Chinese position in the Sea of China. Therefore, whatever is said in public speeches, it is reality that counts and reality tells us that oil is the bone of contention between China and India and coal mines continue to be created to reach an energy resources that is readily available. Whoever has access to readily available sources of energy has the competitive advantage. What was the idea behind Japan's expansion in Asia in the early Twentieth Century? The aim was to get energy to support Japan's industrial development.

Whatever is said about the environment, the essence is that countries need energy. When it comes to nuclear energy - there is the choice between fusion and fission, between a risky option and a safer option, but in the end we need to have access to radioactive raw materials to be able to use them as fuel in nuclear reactions and later we need to have safe ways to dispose of spent radioactive materials. 

We could cover the entire planet with windturbines and solar panels and still we would not have enough realiable energy to meet growing needs.

The environmental discourse is about what would be ideal and about what is feasible, and even what we see as better options - windturbines and solar panels - need to be produced and such production is also detrimental for the environment. 

They tell us that electric cars are better for the environment How could the production of tens of millions of electric cars with batteries made using lithium be so beneficial for the environment is a mystery. Lithium would have to mined and processed using - most probably - fossil fuels.

We are being presented with false choices and slogans. More than 7.5 billion souls that inhabit the planet at any given time will need massive amounts of energy, energy that cannot be produced with gimmicks and slogans.

 

  

2021: Is war in Europe possible? History chemistry indicates that it is

Adolf Hitler was an ideologue. He described in Mein Kampf about the policies that he would implement during World War Two. Expansion towards the East was a pretty clear intention. Jo Biden is a demagogue, but equally capable of sending Europe into an abyss via pure miscalculation.Just a few days ago, Britain continued playing with fire - the intentions were confirmed in a leaked Ministry of Defense Report. Britain wanted to provoke a Russian military reaction by sending HMS Defender to Crimea.

Wars are possible in any century. All it takes is the right conditions. I believe in what I call history chemistry. If you get the right elements in the right amounts you get war. Winston Churchill was laughed at when he predicted war in Europe.

Two major competing centres of industrial development: Britain and Germany. He concluded that war was inevitable. They were not working together, but trying to outdo each other. At one point in time war was inevitable.

During World War Two, the German Ambassador met the British Ambassador in Switzerland. He told the British Ambassador that if Britain gave Germany a freehand in Europe then Germany would respect Britain's Empire and Germany and Britain could peacefully coextist. Britain foresaw that as soon as German power was consolidated in Europe, expansion would continue. This despite the fact that Adolf Hitler wrote in Mein Kampf that he was not interested in conquest that would involve the sea. He believed that Germany's future was expansion towards the East.

In 1941, when the Luftwaffe had failed to open the way for an invasion of Britain (Goering had promised that the Luftwaffe could control the RAF) he turned and look towards Russia. Soviet Russia had failed to defeat Finland in the first attempt and could only manage to do so in the second attempt. This led to the belief that the Soviet Armies were not fit for purpose after Stalin's purge of the high ranks of Aristrocratic descent. Moreover, Soviet Russia feared a Japanese attack from the East and could not mobilize its armies from Siberia.

Unternehmen Barbarossa started on June 22, 1941, but having to divert forces towards Greece to help Mussolini meant that the push could not happen as planned. As if this was not enough, Japan attacks Pearl Harbour bringing in the USA into the war and freeing Soviet troops from Siberia to come to the West. The German attack against the Soviet Union opened a war in two fronts - something that Adolf Hitler had written against in Mein Hampf - and made the alliance Britain/USA/Soviet Union possible.

Any conflict between the USA and Russia will lead Russia to close ranks with China and China will feel free to launch a military campaign in Asia. Burma is already inside the Chinese area of influence. Japan would be cut off. The smaller countries will fall like a house of cards. There are already regular skirmishes along the border between China and India because of competing interests for oil in the Sea of China. There is a delicate balance and any action that could alter than balance can start a war.

USA and Britain's provocation attempts can only reinforce the will to go to war. China is increasingly bothered by foreign interference in Chinese internal affairs. Russia will not react to provocation, but the ground rules have already been set up by saying that 'any repeats of the incident involved HMS Defender will lead to miitary measures'. Britain wants war in Europe, but any miscalculation could have dramatic consequences. China's economic influence in Africa could turn into something else. 

Dominic Cummings: Whistleblower or Spiteful man seeking revenge no matter what?

 

For months on end, the Opposition targetted Dominic Cummings identifying him as the source of all evil in the British government. Mr. Cummings was pictured and depicted in the most negative manner, harassed by journalists and lots of ink was spread about him being the worst of the worst. They even laughed when he presumably was infected with Covid-19.

Months passed and one day Dominic Cummings was fired by the Conservative goverment. The Opposition celebrated. Finally, they had got their man and he was out of government. Such an evil influence he had been! Now, months later after he was fired, he has now been made the centre of attention because he is saying exactly what the Opposition wants him to say to attack the Conservative government.

But wait a minute! Mr. Cummings is saying that he knew that lives were being put at risk and chose to stay in government, keeping his mouth shut while thousands were dying? So here comes the fact. If what he says is true, then Mr Cummings is guilty as hell for being part of a lethal cover up and criminal charges should be raised against him for being an accomplice of serious crimes. He says that he knew that lives were being put in danger and chose to remain silent until when? Until he was fired. Only months after he was fired he calculated that it was then the time to talk and reveal all. This stinks as the cold blooded maneuvers of a political manipulator that knows which buttons to press to get things his way.

The Opposition has been a disgrace, failing to carry out proper opposition, focusing on scandals instead of promoting viable alternatives and now the Opposition - once again - is not offering the kind of choices that ordinary voters want to hear about. What is the reality of it all? Britain is coming out of Lockdown. The economy is starting to pick up speed and moving in the right direction. The country is once again open for business and business is what Britain is about. 

Do I trust the present Opposition? The previous Shadow Cabinet was a shambles with various examples of sheer incompetence and then came yet another reshuffle very much like a game of chairs. The grass roots of the Labour Party, elected representatives of the Labour Party, are publicly saying that they don't know what the Labour Party stands for, that they don't have a clue about what the Labour Party stands for. People were joking about the demotion of the Deputy Leader of the Labour Party that was given so many attributions as compensation for her demotion that she might have become a risk for the Labour Party Leader Keir Starmer.

Things are so bad, the Labour MPs who are still loyal to the previous Labour Party Leader Jeremy Corbyn even with that the Labour Party does badly in the Batley and Spen by-election due to take place in July as a way to get rid of Keir Starmer. Is using what Mr Cummings is saying - regardless of it being true or false - a way to divert attention from the miserable state the Opposition is in?

The disconnect between the Labour Party and its supporters is plainly obvious. In Batley and Spen, a community with a vast presence of people of Pakistani and Indian descent (16.9% Pakistani and 15.9% Indian) where Labour has had a majority since 1997, 60% per cent of voters voted for Brexit. The London centric Labour Party seems to be ignoring the will of its supporters all along. They ignored the will of voters in Hartlepool and were routed by the Conservative Party. Wil they seek to ignore the will of voters once again in Batley and Spen? 

I understand why the Opposition is trying to find some alternative narrative to motivate voters to come out and vote for them. If Kim Leadbeater really want to win the seat in Batley and Spen she might be well advised to put some distance between herself and the Parliamentary Labour Party, between herself and the leadership of the Labour Party, and to choose to fight the election on purely local issues. Keir Starmer position on geopolitical issues might not carry the favour of people who are predominantly Muslim. Some die-hard Remain stances might not be very favourable either.

As chaos spreads in so called Western countries, China advances apace towards the great opening. China works long term and it has the numbers and the brains to do what is needed to ensure that the Twenty-First Century belongs to China.

China has a powerful weapon that Western countries have been rapidly losing: racial homogeneity that fuels strong Nationalism.

In the coming months, as Western countries face social, politic and economic disintegration, China will be pushing forward to firstly restore its territorial unity by taking total control of Hong Kong and taking over Taiwan. 

The next stage is to take control of its territorial waters and exercising total sovereighty coupled with military expansion. The Sea of China is a crucial theatre and China - like Japan before it - will be exerting pressure on India and its neighbouring countries. One by one, neighbouring countries will be feeling the pressure.

In the meantime, Western countries weakened socially, politically and economically in a world in which men pretend to be women and women pretend to be men will soon lose the capability to defend themselves. Stong armies can only be supported by strong economies and Western countries wealth is merely an illusion based on mountains of debt both private and public.

All Western countries can do is to protest in vain because China will do what China wants to do. China is no Syria. China is not Iran. China has the capablity to use nuclear weapons and, if the sheer number of its military is not employed, China will use its nuclear power without hesitation. China needs Lebensraum and China needs vital resources and China will take territory and the resources that come with territory.

The mentally disabled politicians of the West and those who believe in them will continue their labour of destruction of Western economies, will destroy Western national identities, will destroy racial homogeneity and are planting the seeds of the fall of the Western World.

From false accusations about sexual abuse to distortion and fabrication implicating prostitutes, Democrats have used practically every tool to revive their electoral chances. They even have public figures openly inciting violence against President Trump and President Trump's supporters.

Looking at the record of attacks against Democratic politicians - John Kennedy was shot. Robert Kennedy was shot - it seems unlikely that somebody actually willing and wanting to cause lethal damage would use improvised devices that don't explode nor cause any damage. The said devices are not only sent to politicians but also to well-known personalities aka celebrities that have been critical against President Trump. Therefore, this looks very much like a false flag, a well organised publicity campaign. If the Democratic Party has to resort to such underhanded and infantile tactics to win votes, the Democratic Party is not fit for purpose.

The big item in the news is a march of people trying to enter the United States of America illegally. Who would you trust when the time comes to prevent illegal immigrants from entering the USA? Would you trust Democratic politicians to prevent an invasion? The record of the Democratic Party in recent years will show that they would leave the gates wide open. Where are the said illegal immigrants coming from? They have come across Central America and will try and enter the USA via Mexico, a country that has entire areas that are run by Drug Cartels that not only deal with drugs but also exploit people form as far as India that pay vast amounts of money to be trafficked illegally to the USA. Which party has openly opposed  a boost of US border controls? The Democratic Party. "Don't build that Wall, President Trump. Allow drug-traffickers and illegal immigrants to enter the USA freely and without any worries".

None other than the BBC produced a report indicating that illegal immigration is now a lucrative business for drug cartels operating worldwide. As drug cartels feel the heat of the fight against drug trafficking they are diversifying their activities engaging in making money out of illegal immigrants from very remote areas of the planet. What is even more gruesome is the fact that those who fall ill along the way are often executed by drug-traffickers and women are routinely raped.

Human beings are now the new commodity of organised crime that seeks to exploit those who are ready and willing to take any risks in search of what they think is going to be a better future and often end up dead and buried along the way.

For the sake of saving human lives, the time is long overdue to put an end to Political Correctness because Political Correctness is killing people. This is a new kind of terrorism that must be countered worldwide with all available resources.

The business of Illegal immigration is a danger to all civilised societies, regardless of political affiliation, regardless of religion, regardless of nationality, and regardless of race.It is an absolute disgrace. Those involved in this kind of trade should face trial for Crimes against Humanity.

In quite a few court cases of notoriety, it appears that the Swastika is the symbol of choice for what are fundamentally 'Lone Wolves' with intent to cause harm to those they see as anathema, as the mortal enemy.

Whatever the country where cases are brought to public attention, the symbol of National Socialist Germany that is also part of Hindu Culture is at the forefront. So what are the qualities of the symbol that seem to be so irresistible?

First of all, the Swastika is a symbol of perpetuity, of energy and of renewal. There is an inherent vast amount of energy contained in the Swastika. During the 1920s, 1930s and 1940s there were other elements added to the Swastika. Although the Swastika is black there is a preponderance of red. Both the Soviet flag, the Chinese flag and the National Socialist flag are predominantly red and red is associated with blood, with enormous vitality and this is why the National Socialist flag was such a powerful representation of a nation. There is perpetuity, renewal, energy and vitality combined.

Coming to Britain, red has always been a predominant colour. Red of England, red is the uniform of the Welsh Guards, red in the national flag, the Red Arrows, Red Roses. We are so used to this reality that we simply assume this is the way things are and we don't even stop to think about a hidden message.

Red is the colour of Revolution and whether you are talking about the concepts of Left and Right from a political point of view, the importance of Red cannot be underestimated. National Socialism was a Revolution, it was a completely new way of doing things despite the fact that there were claims about trying to restore past greatness.

One example, but not the only one example, was the military campaign leading to the invasion of France in 1940. France went to war as if it was fighting the 1914 war again. Germany used a completely new approach in which the impossible was possible. The advice given by Heinz Guderian to the commanders was something like 'Strike swiftly but don't disperse your forces'. The key elements are unity of purpose, speed and fundamentally the sense of belonging.

When a disaffected, usually frustrated individual of today, looks at his/her surroundings, what does he/she see? He/She sees a divided society, a very fragmentary reality, a world in which he/she doesn't fit in. He/She was born in a country in which the political elites and the mass media are constantly downgrading the concept of National Identity and replacing National Identity with what they call Multiculturalism. Even more, National Identity and National Pride are identified as threats, as sins, as something deplorable.

It is self-evident that such an individual will therefore turn to the symbol that represents what he/she wants most. He/She wants a national identity. He/She wants the sense of belonging. He/She wants a sense of perpetuity, of renewal, of energy and of vitality combined and the National Socialist flag represents exactly what he/she dreams about and most importantly what he/she needs most.

With varying degrees, more and more the young feel that they are being abandoned, that they don't count, that they are invisible. If your personal circumstances are such that you feel literally excluded, uneducated, jobless, and living in precarious conditions without what you would call a future, what are your available choices? 

The reaction of the Establishment is brutal. Instead of looking at specific circumstances that put individuals in very precarious situations, the State wants to punish those who have been already punished by being excluded. The individuals targeted are called Neo-Nazi, Fascist, Terrorist. The Establishment rarely or never takes responsibility for the distressing circumstances ordinary people have to face on a daily basis.

When Germans protest against occupation and destruction of Germany, they called Neo-Nazi. When French people protest against occupation and destruction of France, they are called Neo-Nazi. Anybody and anyone who stands to protect his/her country is called Neo-Nazi.

While the mass media and exchanges in Internet Social Media are about who is right and who is wrong, there are much more fundamental issues to talk about.

We should reflect on the potential repercussions of military action and about the Law of Unintended Consequences.

More than 150,000 Chinese soldiers are being deployed right now along the border between China and North Korea. Tank units of the Russian Army are being deployed near the border between Russia and North Korea.

The expectation is that should nuclear facilities in North Korea are hit by the USA there is going to be widespread panic and hundreds of thousands of North Korea are going to be fleeing towards neighbouring countries including China and Russia.

But there is yet another element in the equation. When some years ago, there was a nuclear accident at Chernobyl, many countries including some faraway from Chernobyl suffered the consequences of the radiation waves coming out of Chernobyl.

Should nuclear installations in North Korea be hit, the potential for a regional catastrophe is very high. It is being said that radiation waves will hit Vladivostok within two hours. What will be the political and military consequences if radiation waves spread around one of the most populated areas of the planet? How will ordinary people react? My instinct tells me that there is going to be widespread rage that could push neighbouring countries over the edge on the path to all-out war and that alliance politics will create a major military conflict that could engulf the entire region.

This is not about what North Korea says or what USA says. This is not about who is right and who is wrong. This is not about soundbites. This is about what it could really happen if things get totally out of control.

President Vladimir Putin of the Russian Federation is absolutely right about the potential for a worldwide disaster. With the words of Sergei Ivanov still ringing in my ears stating that if there is war in Europe it is not going to be a nuclear war but a conventional war, I look at the Law of Unintended Consequences. What guarantees are there to avoid Nuclear War if all the major players in the region and members of the Security Council of the Organisation of the United Nations are involved in a major military conflict?

I think that the escalation of a regional conflict can have unpredictable consequences in the same manner that an event in Sarajevo triggered events that led to World War One and in the same manner that the invasion of Poland on September 1st 1939 started a chain reaction that led to World War Two, events in a small Asian country have the potential to create a massive conflict that could reach every single country in the world. Why? Because the World of today is much more interconnected, the kind of conflict we would be about to witness could have have catastrophic economic repercussions that could certainly lead to widespread political upheaval.

Like I wrote at the beginning, the issue at this point is not who is right and who is wrong. If what I think that could happen happens, it will not matter who is right and who is wrong.

In India, Socialists justify killing women who are victims of rape

Indian politicians justify rape perpetrated against women and say that women who are raped should be punished following the teachings of Islam.

For us this comes as no surprise but it is still shocking and barbaric but it certainly follows the teaching of barbaric political doctrine called Islam.

It was reported that Mulayam Singh Yadav, head of the Socialist (Samajwadi) Party, commenting about a case involving three men sentenced to death for being involved in gang rapes, said that 'rape happens because women lead men on'.

Making matters worse, Mulayam Singh Yadav said that he would campaign to repeal a new law against repeat sex offenders 'because it was not uncommon for boys to make mistakes'.

In case you didn't notice this is the kind of 'Multiculturalism' being introduced in the United Kingdom where gang rape has becoming endemic perpetrated by Asian men who pray on boys and girls.

As if this wasn't enough, another speaker of the Indian Socialist Party - Abu Azmi - stated by women who have sex outside marriage 'should be punished by death even if they are raped as prescribed by Islam'.

Are people still wondering why we are against a degenerate and barbaric political ideology called Islam?
