What are the criteria for registered political parties in the United Kingdom?

While Britain First has been repeatedly denied electoral registration despite being an active political organisation, having to go to the courts to challenge the Electoral Commission, the Electoral Commission has no qualms in having the British National Party as a registered political party despite repeated irregularities regarding the way those in charge of the British National Party are actually managing the organisation.

The situation has been so serious that auditors have often refused to give their assent when they have audited the accounts of the British National Party. 

Reported irregularites have had to do with the way monies donated presumably to the organisation have ended up being spent. This includes party membership feeds, legacies made to the organisation, management of expenses making monies pocketed by private individuals being registered as expenses for the purpose of tax avoidance.

Individuals linked to the organisation have even accused of signing applications for public grants under false pretenses and of using monies collected by organisation for the organisation to pay for private mortgages. 

Despite repeated attempts to launch an investigation into the ways whatever is left of the British National Party is actually run, years have passed and the organisation is suspected of being used by two private individuals as a cash-cow without any serious political commitment. A website continues to hosted, but of recent those in charge of maintaining the website walked away after they stopped being paid. Despite efforts made by a Labour Party MP to raise the issue with the Electoral Commission and the talk of a Police investigation, nothing was actually done. This raise the issue of the role the Electoral Commission is playing in the whole affair, on the one hand putting obstacles to registration of new political parties and on the other ignoring serious accusations of wrongdoing involving the British National Party. 

British? Yes. Far Right? I doubt it

Whatever the BBC, Sky News, the British Political Establishment  and other political operators want you to believe, reality is quite different from what they try to make you believe.

Because he has been working with Russian Nationalists, something that bothered very much the Political Establishment, a little known piece of legislation called Schedule 7 of the 2000 Anti-Terror Legislation was used to entrap and convict Paul Golding accusing him of terrorism.

Of course the usual media made a fuss about misused terrorism charges, charges that were used for purely political reasons.

Most of those journalists that campaign against the Far Right or what they call Far Right don't seem to have a clue about what is going on. They keep writing articles to suit the official narrative and getting things wrong.

  

Now Labour wants to follow Britain First

After being routed in its homelands during the 2019 General Election, an election in wich the Conservative Party got a sizeable majority by becoming the party of the white working class (statistically more white working class people voted for the Conservative Party than they voted for the Labour Party), Labour Party Leader Keir Starmer wants his party to use national flags and put on a suit to try and regain the confidence of British voters.

According to him, a posher Labour Party might become a more attractive option, but if this an issue merely of flags and suits and not of real policies the chances are that his approach will not find favour amongst those whose support he needs to turn the tide that has gone against the Labour Party after a series of scandals involving anti-Semitism, Islamophobia and outright fraud. One example is the once popular Mayor of Liverpool Joe Anderson who fell from grace after being accussed of being involved in a conspiracyu to commit bribery and witnerss intimidation. 

Before Joe Anderson, members of the Labour Party Shadow Cabinet have shown worrying signs of incompetence when Diane Abbott discussed on live radio his options to improve Police services. Something about the amount of money needed to recruit new Police Officers. Emily Thornberry didn't do that well when she publicly acknowledge that she wasn't aware of the names of key political figures in the international arena, people she would have had to deal with if she had been Foreign Secretary.

If anything, the removal of Jeremty Corbyn also helped remove many members of his Shadow Cabinet, but it hasn't helped to improve the Labour Party's standing in terms of competence. 

Having the Labour Party taken  to the courts by its former Leader is not a show of unity. If the party whip is not returned to Jeremy Corbyn, Jeremy Corbynb would be facto not allowed to stand in a General Election for the seat he now represents. And what about Labour Party supporters? During his term in office as party Leader, Jeremy Corbyn managed to increase Labour Party membership. The irony was that Labour Party members liked Jeremy Corbyn as much as the Parliamentary Labour Party disliked Jeremy Corbyn. What happened in the northern seats that used to be represented by Labour MPs might very well have been retaliation by the Labour Party grassroots against the Parliamentary Labour Party that got rid of Jeremy Corbyn.

Using the tactics of the so called Far Right could be for Keir Starmer a fatal mistake. What would the likes of the UAF, Hope Not Hate, Searchlight and others say when they see the Labour Party dressed in Britain First's clothes? For decades the Labour Party tried to convince British voters that Natinonalism was poisonous and that whoever went around with national flags was racist, Fascist and xenophobe. Labour Party authorities literally replaced national flags with European Union flags. After Brexit, they cannot use European Union flags to hide symbols that they actually hate.

Will the Labour Party that actively campaigned against British Nationalism now turn around and say that they are British Nationalists and that they no longer believe what they used to preach by demonising anybody who dared to stand for British Nationalism?

In Britain, without a single organisation that could claim to represent a sizeable number of followers, what is the Far Right? What does the so called Far Right stand for?

In days of plenty, when organisations like the British National Party stood tall and was represented in the European Parliament, in the London Assembly and in quite a few other others places across the United Kingdom, with a very well known leader, you could say that you had an approximate idea of what at least one particular oganisation stood for. There were Manifestoes, Party Conferences, and very public statements. 

The waters have been muddled intentionally by the mass media and what we loosely know as the political establishment. Now, Tommy Robinson is defined as Far Right and so is Paul Golding of Britain First. Anne Marie Waters of For Britain is defined as Far Right. Jayda Fransen is classified as Far Right. Even non political individuals like Alison Chabloz and many others are classed as Far Right. Confused? You should be confused because many of those classed as Far Right seem to have very different platforms. So Far Right has become a one label that fits all kinds of different ideological stances.

Fragmentation has been superseded by individualities. Somebody writes comments on social media, class himself or herself as being this or that, without any real political substance nor structure, and says that he or she represents political organisations that in most cases only exist on paper or in their febrile minds.

Such is the state of what used to be known as British Nationalism that there isn't a single organisation with enough political clout to be able to justifiably claim that it trully represents British Nationalism.

Today, at Westminster Magistrates Court it was decided to have a court session on May 20th, 2020 starting at 10.00am for half a day. Such in the importance given to the issue in question that barely half a day will be devoted to this issue because in fact it is a non-issue created generated low-quality Police Officers who are degrading British Security Services.

To devote time to political persecution instead of dealing with the rising number of crimes committed in London is in itself a crime.

Habeas Corpus and the Presumption of Innocence are vital pillars for freedom in a democratic society. Legislation introduced by Jacqui Smith as Home Secretary of a Labour government introduced legislation that got rid of Habeas Corpus and the Presumption of Innocence. Detention for indefinite periods without the assistance of legal counsel has now been legalised. 

As if this wasn't enough, Police offers were authorized to request access to pins and passwords of all electonic devices. Failure to provide the information requested now leads to arrest and finally to charges for Terrorism. How has this happened? Somebody who has no involvement whatsoever in any kind of terror activity can find himself or herself in the dock and finally end up in jail having committed no crime whatsoever. 

Paul Golding, leader of Britain First, finds himself accused under anti-terrorism legislation because he refused to provide access to his electronic devices when he was detained at the Heathrow Airport having returned from Moscow where he participated in a series of meetings with political representatives.

Using anti-terror legislation in political persecution is the way to Hell on Earth.

There is no coincidence that groups like National Action appeared in the United Kingdom. The demise of the British National Party under a disastrous leadership led directly to the rise of extremist groups and National Action is one of them but there are many more and their numbers are being fulled by a very myopic approach that enriches the rhetoric of the violent against the principles of democratic coexistence.

Liberalism and Marxism have become the new intolerance. Marxism has always being intolerant but now has joined forces with Liberalism in a struggle that is destroying the foundation of a democratic way of life.

The designs and ulterior motives of Liberals and Marxists matter more than the will of the Electorate. We have been here before. The Weimar Republic comes to mind for the Weimar Republic was described as a democracy without democrats.

By putting obstacles along the way, Liberals and Marxists and the drivers of political correctness are destroying our democratic way of life. When people are banned from organizing political parties to take part in lawful democratic activities, Liberals and Marxists are creating the recipe for the destruction of our democratic way of life. Whether you like or dislike what people stand for, all political views should be present on the ballot for the Electorate to decide.

The then Home Secretary Amber Rudd banned National Action. What did she achieve? If I said 'Absolutely nothing,' I would be generous. She achieved something. She managed to increase radicalisation because the ideas of National Action have spread under other names and the myopic actions of the Electoral Commission are now being used as a recruitment tool.

When political ideas cannot be expressed within a democratic framework, radicalisation grows and spreads. If political fights do not take place by using ballots, we end up in a situation in which ballots will be replaced with guns.

Liberals and Marxists like to talk about the Good Friday Agreement that put an end to the troubles in the Republic of Ireland and in Northern Ireland. What was the idea of the Good Friday Agreement? To allow both Unionists and Republicans to engage in a democratic process as a meas to put an end to violence.

Using the same logic then, the Electoral Commission shouldn't use its powers to prevent the participation of political groups in democratic elections because by using its powers in such a manner the Electoral Commission is going against the spirit of the Good Friday Agreement. Democratic participation is the way to prevent violence. If the Electoral Commision prevents democratic participation then the Electoral Commission is promoting violence and I don't think that the Electoral Commision should be promoting violence because this is not what the Electoral Commission shoul.d be about.

We need as much democratic participation as possible. We need everybody involved in the democratic process.

Despite all the stataments made about the demise of the British National Party, it has never really gone away. In fact, as a political organisation it is now flourishing not having to deal with the usual barrage of attacks launched by mass media, para-political organisation and political parties whose agenda has been to prevent the rise of the British National Party.

At a meeting in Bromley, Southeast London, German representatives met to launch a new initiative that will completely change the face of British Nationalism in the United Kingdom. For decades, British Nationalism was associated with National Front and British National Party - a shoot of National Front. More recently we have seen the rise of organisations like the United Kingdom Independence Party, English Democrats, Britain First, For Britain and others. But the aforementioned never had a clear view nor a proper strategy. They have been seen as either Protest organisations and/or organisations with a very narrow and limited agenda.

Moreover, at one point or another the emphasis has been on winning elections and electoral losses have been followed by frustration leading to division and disintegration. The new approach is dramatically different. The idea is to disregard elections and focus on ground work that will provide the structures and leading figures that can have much greater influence working inside the system rather that trying to attack the system and wasting an enormous amount of resources in the process.

Financial resources and know-how and proper training are being provided. One of the crucial aspects of political activity is that firstly those doing the job were not paid and secondly that many resources are wasted in sterile campaigning that includes improper control of resources. One clear example is the British National Party that after a series of successes was destroyed by infighting and improper use of resources. At this very minute, the Leader and the Deputy Leader of the British National Party are facing a legal challenge for improper use of resources and political dereliction of duty.

The general idea is that in the present climate that includes a hostile mass media the traditional ways of being involved in politics could not provide the desired outcomes.

British elements will be coached and trained both in the United Kingdom and in Germany proper and individual are chosen using a very strict vetting process. Minimum remuneration for those chosen will be of not let than £50,000 a year.

The incompatibilities of two legal systems: England's legal system and Northern Ireland's legal system are being used for political harassment and anti-terror legislation is being used for purposes that have nothing to do with tackling terrorism.

Northern Ireland is de-facto a country outside the United Kingdom, no matter what British politicians want you to believe and this is all too real when dealing with legal issues.

When it comes to bail conditions in England and in Northern Ireland, the English legal system struggles to find solutions that are not part of present legislation and judges have to be "creative' (creative is one way of putting it) to fill up the gaps created by legal incompatibilities.

Jayda Fransen's real residence is a property in Northern Ireland but English authorities forced her to reside in England having to pay for accommodation in England that she could ill afford. She was given the choice to live in a hostel surrounded by real criminals including drug-addicts, rapists, paedophiles and the like. Although part of the bill for housing is paid by the state, people placed on bail and forced to live at a certain address that is not their home address are forced to pay part of the bill even when they have their own homes somewhere else in the United Kingdom.

Given the fact that the reasons to imprison her and to later impose draconian bail conditions were utterly political, she was treated like somebody involved in Islamic Terrorism. Due to her very high political profile, she asked SO15 to ensure that the places where she was going to be forced to reside in were safe but SO15 officers failed in their duty of care and told her that 'if she was attacked, she would be transferred to some location in Liverpool'. Translation: wait until somebody attacks you for us to protect you.

A female Probation Officer when asked a direct yes/no question about very serious issues could only come up with a reply saying 'I believe that...'. "I believe that'? An Officer of the Law is not supposed to believe. An Officer of the Law must be able to answer Yes or No. Either security measures were implemented or security measures were not implemented.

We can hardly blame a Probation Officer of not being able to answer a direct question after listening to Members of Parliament including Members of the British Government talking about liability and evidence. They could only produce words like perhaps, maybe, possibly, most probably when dealing with an extremely serious accusation against another country.

It should be mandatory for Members of Parliament to witness trials to see how Legislation is actually being implemented and to see what is going wrong. The judges were struggling to pass sentence but in the end it is not the judges' fault to be put in such idiotic situation because of defective legislation passed by incompetent Parliamentarians who very seldom have to face real everyday cases in the courts.

Are British Courts of Law and Police Services being used for political persecution? Yes, they are. Anti-Terror legislation is being used in cases that have nothing to do with Terrorism. Police Officers are being ordered to detain and arrest individuals using Anti-Terror legislation in cases that have nothing to do with Terrorism.

The so called Prevent initiative has done more damage than good. If anything, it has created widespread animosity because of blatant abuses. Abuses will not promote trust. Abuses will promote Extremism. We have seen Police Officers asking families to denounce their own relatives and friends and asking teachers to denounce their own pupils including those of a very young age. These are not just nonsensical attitudes. They are dangerous attitudes. What kind of society are they trying to create?

• UKIP reserves the right to reject or terminate memberships if these criteria are not met.

How does this affect those who work for UKIP but are not members? It doesn't affect those who are not members. Tommy Robinson is a service provider and a service provider that provides an unpaid service and therefore he is not affected by membership criteria.

Nigel Farage spoke about UKIP led by Tommy Robinson. Well, this is not remotely possible under present membership criteria. In order to lead UKIP Tommy Robinson would have to become a member. This is something Tommy Robinson cannot do because it is expressly forbidden by present UKIP membership rules. Nigel Farage over-reacted and terminated his own membership. Nigel Farage effectively broke away from UKIP. 

One of UKIP's greatest weaknesses is Political Correctness. For a political party that came out to campaign against political correctness, UKIP has been manipulated by mass media to adopt membership criteria that other political parties - including so called mainstream political parties - do not have. Trying to be whiter than white, UKIP effectively excluded a massive number of voters that would have like to become members of UKIP and/or vote for UKIP. No rational individual would vote for a political party that doesn't want him/her to be a member. Therefore, whatever the present leader of UKIP wants or doesn't want to do, the fact remains that unless UKIP membership rules change the party would be shooting itself in the foot.

At one point, as leader, Niger Farage rejected any links with Front National and with Marine Le Pen. Curiously enough, Nigel Farage had a very visible presence at a gathering of Alternative für Deutschland. To this effect, consistency was absent. Front National (now Rassemblement National) is the second biggest political party in France. Alternative für Deutschland is the second biggest political party in Germany. They share a Nationalist agenda. How is the circle squared by Nigel Farage? It isn't squared. It cannot be squared. 

Nigel Farage criticises what he calls the 'anti-Muslim agenda'. What is the agenda of both Alternative für Deutschland and Front National about Islam? Once, again, Nigel Farage is not consistent in this regard when he associated himself with Alternative für Deutschland.

For decades, Britain has allowed in individuals that support an ideology that is contrary to a civilised society and those in charge of protecting society are falling prey of such murderous ideology.

For more than sixteen years, followers of the said murderous ideology raped, drugged, plied with alcohol and killed vulnerable children that were supposed to be protected by the State and public officials looked the other way for fear of being called racists.

Lee Rigby was beheaded by individuals who converted to the said ideology and the same happened to PC Keith Palmer. Mosques and other religious centres were used to promote terrorism and murder. No one should have the right to walk around with their faces hidden behind a veil. No one should be allowed to use women and children to enrich themselves by exploiting them with the excuse of being followers of the said ideology and no one should be sent to jail for protesting against the said barbaric murderous ideology.

How many people will have to die before the Political Correct Society finally acknowledges that Islam is incompatible with Western Civilisation? Female Genital Mutilation, Forced Marriages, Honour Killings, Rape and Terrorist Attacks are all happening because of Islam. Hundreds of Muslims are fleeing from the barbarity of this murderous ideology. Where do they seek refuge? They seek refuge in Christian/Judeo countries.

In Syria and in Iraq, women that had been forced to live under the tyranny of Islam, burned the garments imposed on them by the murderous ideology, but we have politicians, mass media and celebrities defending the symbols of oppression and murder.

Those who promote LGBT should be consistent with their beliefs and stop supporting the murderous ideology. Many homosexual Muslims live in fear and many are terrified of being sent back to their countries of origin.

Men and women are equals and should be treated as equals. For centuries, women have fought against discrimination and for equal political rights. Did the suffragettes fight and in some cases died fighting for equal rights for women for the Political Correct Society to kiss the ass of a murderous ideology that ignores women's rights? Where is the Feminist Movement when the murderous ideology is trying to destroy women's rights? 

Where is the Church of England? Most probably the Church of England is busy trying to excuse and justify the excesses of the murderous ideology that they call Religion of Peace. The Religion of Peace is killing people everywhere and we are forced to spend more and more to protect ourselves against the threat of Terrorism inspired by the Religion of Peace. The Leader of the United Kingdom Independence Party recently called for Muslims Only Prisons. That would be easy to achieve since about 85 per cent of inmates in British jails are Muslim and prisons are being used to turn people into extremists.

Do you know how much money it costs to keep one inmate in a British jail? Do you know how much money is being paid under the cover of Political Correctness to pseudo families? Do you know how much money and manpower the Security Services are spending to counter the threat of terrorism created by the Religion of Peace? And all this is happening when government and local authorities lack the resources to invest in housing, education, health, transport and meet other fundamental needs.

The Religion of Peace is a Disease like Cancer and Aids.

Look at the conditions for release. Is this really Britain? Once thing is certain: when this happens Great Britain is gone and we are left with 'britain' with small letters. If you ask the right questions about issues that really matter you risk being sent to jail or worse.

Having seen the twits and having heard what the Prime Minister Theresa May said, what Home Secretary Amber Rudd said, what an SNP MP said and what Labour Party MPs including Yvette Cooper said in the House of Commons, I conclude that the House of Commons is inhabited by quite a few nutters who don't have a clue about what they are talking about. Prime Minister Theresa May - once again - made a fool of herself publicly telling what US President Donald Trump can say or cannot say. After a disastrous election called in a rush, Theresa May is still driven to make silly statements for the sake of very misguided Political Correctness. She accused President Donald Trump of showing what is really going on and she completely forgot to condemn the real perpetrators.

About Yvette Cooper MP I don't hold any hopes. She historically supported an illegal invasion that killed thousands of Iraqis and led to a massive exodus that some say was the trigger for the mess the Middle East Region has become. Her good judgement has gone missing more than once. With regards to SNP, I must say that they promised a false independence for Scotland and their sole role has become to create as many problems as possible for the country as a whole as some kind of retaliation when they didn't get their pseudo independence.

I went to listen to Britain First. I was there from beginning to end of a conference during which Paul Golding as Leader and Jayda Fransen as Deputy Leader explained very clearly their political aims. Not a word of Racism. Not a word of Fascism. What they both said had nothing to do with Racism and had nothing to do with Fascism proving that Members of the House of Commons including the British Prime Minister Theresa May and Home Secretary Amber Rudd have been lying to the British People by totally misrepresenting and falsely accusing the Leadership of Britain First.

The behaviour of several Members of Parliament and of Members of the British Government has been absolutely shameful and degrading. As if we didn't have enough with expenses fraud and improper sexual behaviour, Members of Parliament regularly misrepresent, falsely accuse and demonise fellow British Citizens.

Whether you agree or disagree with somebody on political grounds, you need to be able to discern that the only guarantee for all is the fact that people of different persuasions can express their views freely without fear of persecution. Unfortunately, in the United Kingdom, Freedom of Speech is just words. There is no Freedom of Speech.

Police Forces in the United Kingdom are actively engaged in Political Persecution. Things are going in the wrong direction and Political Persecution is already costing human lives. Paul Hickman took his own life when facing an unfair trial after he was was arrested for distributing campaign material. Jack Renshaw is facing the courts and it is due to appear on January 2nd, 2018 to learn about his fate after he was arrested because legislation meant to be used against Terrorism is being used for political purposes.

When I have many reasons to worry about what is happening in Germany it seems that Britain is fast advancing towards becoming a Totalitarian State.

The concern is that as Democratic individuals are persecuted this will lead to youngsters joining other organisations that will engage in direct action against the Political Establishment and more cases like the case of Jo Cox MP will follow. When more and more people no longer feel that they live in a Democratic State, the potential for violence is enormous. The direct consequence of Political Persecution and Repression will be Direct Violence targeting specific individuals. To the contrary, the more freedom there is to express views without fear of persecution, the safer we can be.

• Jo Cox was campaigning to deprive quite a lot of people of the right to have say in a Democratic Society. Fact.

• In the UK, there is legislation and regulations that bans members of legal political parties from certain professions. Fact.

These are the irrefutable facts and we know that this is the case and that for a very long time 1) the infra-structure to deal with cases of mental illness has been deficient and 2) there has been institutionalised political repression promoted by some political parties, the mass media and para-political organisations and the Trade Union movement to the point that one particular organisation called the National Union of Journalists actively encourages and promotes hostile attitudes against people who do not agree with its own ideological platform.

At this moment in time, I am not a member of any political party, I have no political affiliation whatsoever. Just a few days ago, I went to witness rallies that took part near the Houses of Parliament - one organised by Britain First and another organised by EDL.

I was accosted by a woman identified as a representative of the National Union of Journalists that in a very intimidating bully manner came to me and started a sort of interrogation followed by all kinds of accusations. I was there merely as an observer, filming and talking to people around me and this included talking to deployed Police officers both at Charing Cross BR and on the Embankment promenade. I didn't make any speeches. I didn't applaud or cheer anyone. I repeat: I was there merely as an external observer.

So called UAF and Hope Not Hate are bully organisations and we know the tactics some of their members use wearing balaclavas and physically attacking those that they don't like. It has got to the point when Conservative Party activists were attacked and politicians like Nigel Farage stated that at one point he was afraid of living his home for fear of being targeted by violent thugs.

The death of an individual is lamentable but how much of what is going on was promoted by Jo Cox herself? The present climate of intolerance and violence against political opponents has existed for quite a while and have said more than once that Police forces are deployed to protect people against United Against Fascism that I call United Against Freedom and Hope Not Hate that I call Hate Not Hope.

Banning members of legal political parties from certain professions is not only wrong. It should be illegal because it is not consistent with Democracy. The fact that such bans exist degrades Democracy and promotes discrimination and persecution.  

 

The Independent classifies Britain First as an example of British voters going against foreign sounding names

I almost fell off my chair with laughter when I saw an article published by The Independent regarding peoples' rejection of candidates with foreign names.

The picture was taken during a recent rally in Central London and clearly shows Britain First's banners and its leader Paul Golding.

I contacted the news desk of The Independent to ask them about their choice of graphics to illustrate the said article posted on The Independent's main website.

Are we saying that British voters choose candidates who have English sounding names because of some hidden xenophobic connotations? Or do they choose candidates who have English sounding names because they do want to vote for people that they see as their own people?

Whatever was the general idea of using a picture of a Britain First rally to head and article about people's electoral preferences, I can say that the choice of picture is a bit of a joke.

Britain First's website and twitter accounts hacked by undesirables. The matter is being investigated by Police.

The hackers posted threats to human life. I hope that they are caught and punished. What the said hackers couldn't possibly foresee is that their attacks can only increase support for movements like Britain First.

Arron Banks launches new political party. Same membership limitations?

Arron Banks launches a new political party having left UKIP. In essence, there is talk of attracting floating working class vote and of being a new home for disenchanted Nationalists that find themselves in limbo and without a political home as the political organisations they used to support or were members of have not proven to be reliable or to have any political future.

Since there is only one Electorate with a growing number of disenfranchised voters, the issue of membership limitations is ever present.

UKIP banned former members of the British National Party, Britain First, National Front, English Defence League and of other political parties from joining UK Independence Party. So there is still an awfully big number of people who are basically politically homeless.

A few months ago, Kevin Layzell, a young political activist that started his political career in the British National Party, went to National Front. The likes of Britain First and British Democrats  and others had their roots in the British National Party although Britain First explicitly rejects - at least in principle - any membership application from former British National Party members and this in spite of the fact that many Britain First members and this includes its leader are former British National Party members.

EDL and Britain First have a very peculiar rapport since they have quite a lot in common, including their activism practices that led them quite often to confrontation with both political detractors and Police.

Within what we could broadly call Nationalism there are all sorts. Despite having some common aims, they have been at odds with each other and hostility has not been the exception but the rule.

Of late there have been news appearances. We have seen British Renaissance and London Forum plus a number of branches like Bristol Forum. They seem to congregate people with very distinct political backgrounds, with both differences and similarities. 

At a recent London Forum meeting in London, British historian David Irving and other well-known personalities were present. At a Bristol Forum meeting, Julie Lake - now former BNP member - introduced Kevin Layzell - former BNP members and now National Front member as a guest speaker.

Kevin Layzell talked about his hopes regarding the rise of a Nationalist Party that could sometimes unite a very fragmented Nationalist scene to be able to win elections and during his speech talked about the rise of the BNP that won two seats in the European Parliament, a seat in the London Assembly, and a multitude of seats across the country - including in Barking and Dagenham where it was the official opposition - before going down all the way with the expulsion of Nick Griffin that was the driving force that led the party to heights many never thought that it was possible to reach.

So, what is going to be the next political chapter? Will Arron Banks seek to unite the Nationalist scene under a new flag, being as inclusive as possible? Arron Banks promised UKIP 2.0. Will it be a completely new version or just another version with a few cosmetic changes?

Britain: Is it right to ban or persecute individuals because of their political beliefs?

In the 1930s and 1940s, Jews were banned from many professions and declared undesirable.

The Second World War came and went and we find ourselves seeing things that we were made to think were part of a long gone past.

Having said that, in Britain, members of certain political parties are very much banned like Jews were banned in the 1930s and 1940s. Moreover, to complete the picture, Jews are still banned in many countries across the world.

People can still be banned because of their political beliefs, their race and their religion and therefore we should open our eyes wide open to realities that have not gone away and are still very much part of everyday life.

When Jo Cox MP was killed, the attention was focused on the fact that a Member of Parliament had been killed by somebody that believed or fantasised about certain ideas or symbols. What was not said is that Jo Cox MP was campaigning in what could be described as an extension of bans and blacklisting of followers of perfectly legal political organisations simply because she did not agree with the said political organisations.

Her campaign seems to be continued by Helen Goodman MP, also along the same lines, with the aim of isolating, persecuting and blacklisting individuals who have committed no crime. What can be classified as a campaign to isolate, persecute or blacklist is supported also by political parties like UKIP that explicitly forbids any former members of certain political organisations from trying to join UKIP.

Today, we refer to the United Kingdom, but in Germany there have been attempts to ban political parties. Chancellor Angela Merkel and others have had the intent to ban NPD Nationaldemokratische Partei Deutshlands and are constantly harassing other political organisations like Alternative für Deutschland - all legal parties.

In one recent event, the highest court in Germany those seeking to ban NPD that it would be illegal to ban NPD merely on the grounds that those seeking to ban NPD don't agree with NPD.

The European Parliament is  being used as a tool to try and ban or damage Front National led by Marine Le Pen and the European Parliament has just taken away Marine Le Pen's right to immunity based on the fact that she is a Member of the European Parliament and has done so openly prejudicing the outcome of French Presidential Elections due to take place in May 2017.

There is an underlying current of people who believe that they are entitled to ban individuals or political parties because they don't agree with their ideas.
