Will a 40% tax on oil and gas companies reduce investment from about 13 billion down to 2.5 billion?

 Dear Rachel Reeves MP,

As Chancellor of the Exchequer, you will impose a windfall tax of almost 40% on oil and gas companies.

Reports indicate that investment in the UK of the said oil and gas companies will fall from about 13 billion down to 2.5 billion and that therefore in coming years the tax revenues will be reduced accordingly.

When such tax revenues fall, how do you plan to replace oil and gas falling tax revenues?

I am also sending this message to my Member of Parliament, Helen Hayes MP, because I am very curious and very much interested in knowing about Plan B, if Plan A reduces tax revenues, what plans are in place to find tax revenues to replaced oil and gas tax revenues?

This is a very relevant question when you are about to implement a new state of austerity because we are talking both about tax revenues, investment and energy prices. If less oil and gas are produced, will this push prices up and therefore also push consumer prices up (inflation)?

Workers working in the oil and gas industries are highly especialized workers whose jobs are going to be in danger. We are talking about 35,000 highly trained individuals. If investment falls, it is also expected that unemployment will rise. Is this something that you have taken into consideration?

This could have a domino effect regarding industries that are closely linked to oil and gas industries. Is this something that you have taken into consideration?

Best regards,

Tommy Robinson: Manipulation is the art of having somebody do what you want without getting publicly involved

Message sent to a Zionist organisation in London and referred to Members of Parliament including members of the British government, the Opposition, the Muslim Council of Britain and mass media including Lizzie Dearden, writer for The Independent thas has been involved in reporting about Tommy Robinson, and also sent to the Metropolitan Police in London that been repeatedly involved in actions involving public rallies and demonstrations and the courts.

"Dear Sir/Madam,

Tommy Robinson standing on an IDF tank is Israel and then they tell you that he is not one of them. Ah, look! He is holding a gun. How many non-Jews would be allowed to hold a war gun standing on an IDF tank in Israel? What you tell us in London goes against factual information. At every rally, there have been Zionists supporting Tommy Robinson and his anti-Muslim messages.  During his courts trials, Zionists have been very visible supporting Tommy Robinson and Israeli flags have accompanied every single rally in support of Tommy Robinson. Those organising and supporting Tommy Robinson’s rallies at the highest level are Jewish: Israeli Jews and non-Israeli Jews.

Perhaps you could come up with a coherent, consistent and plausible explanation. I copy this message to the Muslim Council of Britain. I reckon they also deserve an explanation.

Perhaps you can also offer an explanation to the Metropolitan Police and to other Police forces in the UK that have spent a huge amount of resources policing rallies that you supported while promoting animosity against Muslims in the United Kingdom.

You throw a rock, you hide your hands behind your back and claim to be innocent.

Best regards

Karl Hohenstauffen"

Undoubtedly, members of the public have been taken for a ride for a very long time and offered images that don't fit in with the narrative of certain organisations that use public perception for their own ends, ends that have little to do with their declared aims.

It is no coincidence that at a time when Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu that fully supports the Israeli Far Right is involved in pushing forward the agenda of a Greater Israel using ethnic cleansing to throw out Palestinians from the occupied territories, Zionist organisations are publicly attempting to distance themselves from individuals that have been useful to their cause.

This happens also a time when more and more Jews are turning against Benjamin Netanyahu that has been visibly unable to win an outright majority in Israel and remain in power as a caretaker Prime Minister.

There is also the fact that as Prime Minister he has protection against the charges made against him by the Israeli Judiciary for serious cases of fraud in which his own wife is also signalled as being involved. Therefore the importance of fuelling the ongoing conflict producing killings and destruction is twofold: conflict and murder keep Benjamin Netanyahu in power and by the same token allows him to carry on with his agenda of ethnic cleansing.

Rachel Shabi, Jewish writer writing on The Independent, London, England, United Kingdom:

As we count the toll and name the dead, the bloody, grinding narrative of the Israeli-Palestinian conflict has switched from “simmering tensions” to “escalating violence”. Everyday violence is now part of Jerusalem life. You sense it when Palestinian residents of this holy city, treated with animosity and suspicion, are deafened by the maddening hum of Israeli surveillance helicopters, when they face routine stop-and-searches and arrests by border police and often violent harassment from Jewish settlers. It’s there in the increasing presence of those settlers, not just in the expanding group of settlements that ring Jerusalem, but also in Palestinian neighbourhoods of East Jerusalem and the Old City. It’s there in the hate mobs and the chants of “death to Arabs” that spill on to the city’s streets.

In the absence of a political framework, it’s inevitable that these “simmering tensions” will spasmodically escalate. For where else can the anger and unresolved disputes go if there are no political channels through which to mediate?

Political vacuums are opportunistically filled by extremists. In Jerusalem, hardline Jewish national-religious settler groups have taken their fight from the West Bank to the city’s holy sites. Temple Mount, or Haram al-Sharif – the beautiful walled compound in the Old City that is sacred to Jews and Muslims – has long functioned according to status quo agreements. Under these, Jews can visit but not pray at the sacred site, while the Western Wall, just underneath, is reserved for Jewish prayer. But in recent years, movements calling for Jewish prayer rights have repeatedly flouted the codes, causing tensions and disturbances at the compound.

To be clear, this is not a religious coexistence campaign; Jewish religious leaders have for centuries ruled against Jewish prayer at Temple Mount. Indeed, the aims of the settler-led movement for additional worshipping rights become more transparent when you hear how they want to destroy the Dome of the Rock and replace it with a third Jewish Temple.

This would be bad enough in itself, but such extremist national-religious groups, once fringe and marginal, are now powerful and mainstream, partly because they are supported and funded by the current, settler-endorsing Israeli coalition.

Rachel Shabi perfectly describes what is going on. Power in Israel has been taken over by Jewish Far Right Extremists, Far Right Extremists supported by Zionist branches across the world, the kind of people that support Tommy Robinson because what Tommy Robinson is doing in the United Kingdom is no different from what Zionists are doing in Israel and in the occupied territories. It is plainly obvious that they want to publicly distance themselves from Tommy Robinson for the sake of keeping appearances since Tommy Robinson has been defined as British Far Right and has a political past as former member of the British National Party and founder of other parapolitical movements.

Organisations like For Britain led by Anne Marie Waters also have a pro-Zionist narrative and include  as members former members of the British National Party and this goes to show that when they are useful to promote messages supporting aggression in the occupied territories they are conveniently used. When they don't need to use them they call the said individuals Nazi, Fascist, Terrorist and the like.

Time to buy Pounds

Time to buy Pounds

If it is true that the value of the Pound is falling, if you want to make billions, start buying Pounds right now, as many as you can get. The way speculators make billions in the currency markets is by buying and selling currency using fluctuations in currency markets.

People like George Soros made billions by buying and sellin currency. Therefore if The Independent and other mass media are saying that the value of the Pound is lower this is the time to buy Pounds. The BBC, Sky and others are constantly helping currency speculators by spreading rumours. As some exchange operators said quite a few times: "If people believe that the value of shares is going to fall and sell shares, the value of shares is going to fall. If people believe that the value of shares is going to rise, the value of shares rises." They treat members of the public as useful idiots to enrich already super-rich speculators.

Danger ahead: National Action - you can ban a name but you cannot ban an idea

Danger ahead: National Action - you can ban a name but you cannot ban an idea

When in 2016 the then Home Secretary Amber Rudd decided to ban National Action and made membership of National Action a criminal offence, she didn't take into account that you can only ban names but banning names doesn't stop an idea from spreading even faster.

A few days ago, Lizzie Dearden writing for The Independent revealed that National Action factions are growing in number. So let's be clear. The then Home Secretary lacked the necessary expertise to deal with the issue and there was no one available to alert about the very serious mistake she was about to make.

After the court trials and the ban, followers of National Action simply went underground and out of sight they can become a lot more dangerous and especially when they are supported by present and former members of the British Armed Forces.

The fall from grace of mainstream political parties and the perception that the political classes have a completely different agenda that is incompatible with the expectations of the British Electorate have created an environment that is fertile ground for organisations like National Action to spread its ideas. Austerity leading to hardship condemning not just the unemployed but also those in employment to a struggle for survival creates exactly what National Action needs. People are fed up, disenfranchised, falling into the hands of loan sharks, feeling unfulfilled, forgotten and thrown aside.

The news about bank branches closures, closure of branches of well-known retail companies, cuts affecting local schools, the failures of the Welfare State and other big items like the fall of British Steel affecting an estimated 25,000 families are exactly what National Action needs for recruiting ever more followers. There is the feeling of 'they don't care about us'.

While the present Home Secretary Sajid Javid talks about an update of anti-terror legislation,  what we need is a better deal for families across the United Kingdom. A growing number of cases of suspected mental illness are the direct consequence of people living under enormous stress caused by financial difficulties. Repression will only make existing problems at lot worse. We need to deal with sub-employment - people at work that live in poverty.

By improving living conditions, we can improve physical and mental health, eliminating key factors that lead to extremism and terrorism.

The Independent: Ban against National Action produced opposite effect

The Independent: Ban against National Action produced opposite effect

The Independent reports that a ban against National Action implemented in 2016 by the then Home Secretary Amber Rudd has produced exactly the opposite effect. There are more factions that follow the same path as National Action.

https://www.independent.co.uk/news/uk/home-news/national-action-neo-nazi-terrorist-far-right-uk-ban-a8878466.html

Dear Ben Wallace MP,

When the ban against National Action was implemented, Amber Rudd was very proud of her actions against National Action and there were celebrations. The mass media also talked about the trials taking place very publicly and all in all politicians and mass media thought that something major had been achieved. I never thought that such degree of political naivete was possible in a country like Britain that is supposed to have superior Security Services. Rosie Cooper’s feelings about being safe and the celebratory mood about having neutralized certain danger are not justified.

When I first heard the news that Amber Rudd, then Home Secretary, had issued the ban my first thought was ‘what a stupid thing to do’. If you drive danger underground, danger will not go away. Quite the opposite. You will not see it and it will continue to grow because the mentality of the people you are dealing with see such bans as an incentive and others are encouraged to join in because they see them as heroes, as role models, as fighters for the cause whatever their cause might be and no matter how misguided they might be.

This was John Tyndall a long time ago.  Any similarities with what is happening right ago? The picture was taken ages ago when John Tyndall was a young guy. Certain ideas have been around for a very long time. They are not going to go away with political bans or social media bans. The danger is very real but you cannot deal with it by running certain individuals underground. You don’t deal with the problem by creating martyrs or celebrities and this is exactly what Amber Rudd and others have created.

Instead of tackling the problem effectively, politicians, mass media and para-political organizations are making the problem much worse as they go along.

It is self-evident that the methods used until now are not working and the situation could be a lot worse than you think. You are a decision maker. You can make things happen. Law Enforcement Officers, even those in charge of protecting Members of Parliament, are only trained to deal with ordinary criminals. They have no sense of political and historical perspective.

You are not dealing with ordinary criminals. You are dealing with people who have got a very particular state of mind, driven by Messiah-like attitudes based on the idea that ‘the end justifies the means’. Their appreciation of what is rational and of what isn’t is different from our sense of what is rational and of what isn’t rational.

We are made to believe that this was an isolated incident. This was no isolated incident. There is clear thinking behind it. There is an intention. It was done to test the mood within the Armed Forces and it sends a clear message. Because it was widely reported, it became a widespread subject of conversation. There will be those watching, testing reactions, getting to know where others stand, what others think about the subject. I am not surprised that serving members of the Armed Forces were found to be linked to National Action. I would be surprised if middle ranks were not aware of the existence of certain ideas within the Armed Forces.

Best regards

Katie Hopkins: Straight questions and the answer is more than obvious

The vast majority of those fleeing Muslim countries end up in Europe or in the USA. Why? Why do they choose Christian countries? A straight question that demolishes Multiculturalism. Multiculturalism is much more than failed proposition. Multiculturalism is a recipe for ethnic cleansing.

Those who pursue such failed proposition that leads to ethnic cleansing should be pushed out of the way and this is more or less what is happening in Germany. Angela Merkel got in in a very disputed Federal Election facing Gerhard Schröder. She became the strong woman that opened the immigration floodgates without consulting with other EU countries and generated a mess of massive proportions that is leading the European Continent towards the Right. She should have received a medal awarded by Islamic State. Single-handed she has caused more chaos than Islamic State could have caused if it had had the opportunity. Now, after two disastrous electoral results in Bavaria and in Hesse, Angela Merkel had to beg her own political party to allow her to continue as Chancellor having resigned the leadership of CDU. "Please, I give up CDU Leadership but allow me to continue as Chancellor." It would be a complete and utter disaster for CDU if she stood in the coming Leadership Election in December.

The Fall of Angela Merkel is significant. She is no longer the Strong Leader she once was and her disciple Emmanuel Macron even dared to contradict her on fundamental issues of Foreign Policy. And what about Brexit? Since Angela Merkel has been the deal breaker, the one who decides what kind of Brexit there will be, her fall from grace will have repercussions. Although she could stay as Chancellor the political calculations are not in her favour.

In the Federal Election, CDU/CSU lost and also her temporary partner SPD lost by association with Angela Merkel. In Bavaria, CSU and SPD lost. In Hesse, CDU and SPD lost. By contrast the Grünen and AfD were the real winners. What will this mean in terms of budgets and policies? Will she be a Lame Duck Chancellor at a time when critical decisions need to be made?

Germany is one piece of the puzzle. An entire continent is moving against Liberalism. Movements for strong national identities are winning the day and stating very clearly that Islam doesn't belong in Europe. In the United Kingdom, the Political Establishment is panicking and taking extreme measures. We are told that MI5 is going to take over Police duties and we might end in a situation in which any dissident that rejects Multiculturalism, rejects Islam and supports a strong National Identity might be seen as Extremist or Terrorist. We see has is already happening to those who campaign against Islamic Extremists. Paul Golding, Jayda Fransen, Tommy Robinson and others are being targeted by the Political Establishment. They have either being in jail, threatened with jail sentences or on their way to jail. Lizzie Dearden from The Independent as always involved in witch-hunting is now targeting Social Media and comments about cooperation between Movements across national borders is the talk of the day.

The Independent: adding fuel to the flames

Alexander Lebedev

Dear Alexander Lebedev,

I know from statements that you have made that you give editors of your publications a free hand to run their publications. Unfortunately, I have to refer to you one particular publication – The Independent - in London.

More than once, I have had to contact The Independent because they have been publishing dangerous nonsense, including misrepresenting what has been said by high ranking officers of NATO. In one particular occasion I had to contact NATO headquarters in Europe and was told that what was reported by The Independent was absolutely untrue.

With regards to Brexit, day in and day out, The Independent is publishing articles that are not conducive to peaceful coexistence. Whether it is about politics or religion, there is a lot of tension and The Independence seems to have an agenda to fuel already existing tensions. Some of the articles are absolutely hysterical.

I know that you run many business at the same time but you should be aware of what your editors are doing and/or allowing others to do on your behalf.

Best regards

The Independent classifies Britain First as an example of British voters going against foreign sounding names

I almost fell off my chair with laughter when I saw an article published by The Independent regarding peoples' rejection of candidates with foreign names.

The picture was taken during a recent rally in Central London and clearly shows Britain First's banners and its leader Paul Golding.

I contacted the news desk of The Independent to ask them about their choice of graphics to illustrate the said article posted on The Independent's main website.

Are we saying that British voters choose candidates who have English sounding names because of some hidden xenophobic connotations? Or do they choose candidates who have English sounding names because they do want to vote for people that they see as their own people?

Whatever was the general idea of using a picture of a Britain First rally to head and article about people's electoral preferences, I can say that the choice of picture is a bit of a joke.

London: The number of victims of Moderate Islam keeps growing

Aysha Frade is one of the latest victims of Moderate Islam. The mother of two was slaughtered yesterday close to the Houses of Parliament where Libtards and Lefttards Members of Parliament and their acolytes continue to promote the so called Religion of Peace.

"We must be more like they are", they say. So maybe we should all drive cars into crowds and stab Police officers in front of the House of Parliament. What do you think? Or we should detonate bombs inside underground trains and on buses. Or we should stab elderly Catholic priests in French churches. Or we should go around raping women and children across Europe. Or we should go around beheading people in the name of Sharia Law. Would such actions make us be as the ones they seek to protect?

The Politically Correct Society protects the enemies of Western Civilisation talking about Human Rights. What about the Human Rights of the victims of Muslim attacks?

And the you have statesmen like President Erdogan saying: Europeans will not be safe on European streets or Turkish newspapers reminding Netherlands that it only has about 40,000 soldiers while there are more than 400,000 Turks living in Netherlands. Aren't such statements a declaration of war against ordinary law abiding European people?

Chain reactions, distortions and cheap propaganda that leads to war

Why is Lebedev promoting fear?

The Independent, British newspaper owned by Evgeny Lebedev almost copy paste an article published by the The Times in the USA falsifying statements made by General Sir Adrian Bradshaw, Deputy Commander of NATO. When we read what the independent has published we immediately contacted NATO headquarters to see if General Sir Adrian Bradshaw had actually said what The Independent said that he said.

A NATO spokesman indicated that it was a case of misreporting and it shows the extent of the campaign of disinformation carried out by Evgeny Lebedev's The Independent that apparently seeks to create a climate of fear.

We also contacted the FSB (Russian Security Services), the Russian Embassy in London and the Polish Embassy in London, apart from getting in touch with the newsdesk of The Independent to let them know that NATO and the Russian government is aware of the campaign of distortion carried out by Evgeny Lebedev (son of Russian oligarch Alexandr Lebedev).

Lebedev's The Independent lies about NATO statement

Series of Emails

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am sure that you remember the words of Adolf Hitler when he said that ‘Armies are made for war’. In the Russian psyche, NATO’s military build-up along the Russian borders reminds Russia of June 22, 1941, the beginning of Unternehmen Barbarossa and stirs up memories of a conflict that engulfed Poland.

Stirring up memories of a conflict that engulfed Poland will not make Poland safer and will not make Europe as a whole safer. It will only take one miscalculation, one human error, for millions of lives across Europe to be in mortal danger. Wars always begin with propaganda, diplomatic skirmishes and displays of military might to create enemies in the minds of ordinary people who are soon afterwards led to Hell on Earth.

For family reasons, World War Two is for me a very personal issue and I see animosity against the Russian Federation as the forerunner of yet another major European catastrophe. Driven by hatred, manipulated by the mass media, both politicians and ordinary people reach a point of no return and throw themselves over the edge.

I remember the USA’s reaction when missiles were sighted in Cuba, close to USA but far away from USA borders. We were on the brink of a major Nuclear Holocaust. What do you expect Russia to feel when missiles and military forces are deployed along the borders of the Russian Federation? Do you expect Russia to keep cool and do nothing about it? When Russia deploys missiles in Kaliningrad, Russia does so as preventative measure to send a clear message that Russia will not tolerate yet another Unternehmen Barbarossa.

Should any NATO member make a faux-pas, Poland will be the first country to suffer and this is why in order to prevent any faux pas, any catastrophe triggered by human error, the anti-Russian propaganda and the anti-Russian military stances must come to an end for Poland’s sake, for Russia’s sake and for the sake of Europe as a whole.

Knowing the history of World War One and the history of World War Two, I sense that Sergei Ivanov is wrong. If there is war in Europe, the next war will not be fought with conventional forces. It will be a Nuclear War and the loss of human lives and the degree of destruction will be something we have never experienced before.

Dear Sir/Madam,

We must all be extremely vigilant to counter the campaign carried out by some British mass media to create a climate of hatred against the Russian Federation. They go as far as falsifying statements made by NATO North Atlantic Treaty Organization.

As a political researcher, I read with astonishment an article published by The Independent in London that reflects a distortion that was published by an American newspaper. I forward to you the correspondence that I received from NATO indicating that The Times has completely fabricated a story that it also happened to appear on The Independent.

I also sent the said correspondence to FSB in Moscow because it relates to a newspaper owned by the son of a Russian citizen called Alexandr Lebedev, that also happens to own several other mass media in the United Kingdom including other newspapers and a television channel.

Dear LTC Dirk Mathes (DEU A),

I see that I was more than justified to contact you regarding what constitutes misreporting of a very important matter, distorting statements made by those speaking on behalf of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization and we don’t know exactly the purpose of such appalling misrepresentation.

The Independent, a newspaper published in the United Kingdom and owned by Evgeny Lebedev, son of Alexander Lebedev who used to be the third largest potato grower in the Russian Federation who decided to diversify his financial interests buying newspapers and television channels in the United Kingdom that include The Independent, Evening Standard, Metro and London Live, published the story published by The Times on its main online website.

I read the story and decided to contact you immediately. For purposes unknown to me, I have noted that the said publication publishes articles that are borderline in terms of National Security and of geopolitical paramount importance.

At the end of the day, the buck stops with the owner of the publication  - Evgeny Lebedev – who is ultimately responsible for what is published.

I attach link to the story published by The Independent and a picture of the page and heading publish by The Independent.

I don’t know the intention of those in charge of the publication nor the agenda of its owner Evgeny Lebedev but I do believe that there are far too many distortions for this to be a mere accident or a case of lack of professional competence generated by copying what was printed by an external source without proper verification of the veracity of the report.

Sir,

We have noted The Times story of 3 March, and regard the headline as
inaccurate based on the reporter's interview and not supported by the story
itself. Further, this topic was specifically addressed and rejected by
DSACEUR during the interview.

On the issue of NATO's response to any Russian interference in European
elections DSACEUR was asked by The Times reporter whether NATO had a role in preventing Russian interference in European elections. DSACEUR stated in his response „The appropriate to political meddling, to propaganda, to the sort of problem that you are alluding to is from the other areas of national power, national capability, but we do have a role in NATO in being aware of what's going on, in tracking hybrid confrontation because that is the signal to us that a hybrid confrontation is developing“ and then stated, „So we have a role in being aware, in helping to track, in seeing where certain effects are being coordinated across the hybrid spectrum, but what we deliver is military capability and the military instrument isn't the instrument that you would choose to use to deal with political interference in an election. I mean blatantly not.“

Either General Sir Adrian Bradshaw didn’t say what he is reported to have said and was misquoted or he actually said it and his mental health should be questioned. Using hearsay and mere speculation to say that NATO could go to war on the basis of political developments rather than real aggression is a complete and utter absurdity.

What is even more absurd is the fact that the mass media echoed an irrational statement reportedly made by a high ranking officer. Moreover, I am extremely critical of what I call Unternehmen Barbarossa II (a repeat of the events of June 22 1941).

In the 1960s, the USA and USSR almost went to Nuclear War because of missiles places in Cuba. President John F Kennedy issued an ultimatum to Nikita Khrushchev asking for the withdrawal of the said missiles. Such was the American reaction when missiles were placed close to the USA but not along US borders.

Today, very much like the Wehrmacht of 1941, NATO has deployed forces with even greater firepower than the fire power of the Wehrmacht along the borders of the Russian Federation and expects the Russian Federation to accept it quietly and without any complaint.

As if this wasn’t enough, a hatred campaign, a war of words is being waged against the Russian Federation at several levels and General Sir Adrian Bradshaw has made himself an accomplice of such absurdity.

A few years ago, Sergei Ivanov stated that if there was war in Europe it would be a conventional war. Let me assure you that if there is conflict with the Russian Federation it will be a Nuclear War and that as a consequence of it there will be no Europe left. Therefore nonsensical statements like the one General Sir Adrian Bradshaw is reported to have made are acts of madness and General sir Adrian Bradshaw should be fully aware of the consequences of making such kind of statements.

Nash Higgins of The Independent doesn't have a clue about military operations

Nash Higgins of The Independent doesn't have a club about military operations. An article published by Evgeny Lebedev's newspaper shows that Mr Higgins seems to believe that in military operations there cannot be casualties, perhaps unaware of the fact that even in the most successful military operations there can be casualties.

Having said that, Mr Higgins follows Mr Lebedev's guidelines in terms of writing rubbish about President Donald Trump because such writings are popular with the Clinton News Networks and other rags passing as Free Press.

This brilliant strategist of The Independent, self-declared military strategist, writes a shambles pretending to be writing a serious journalistic article.

This is a kind of journalism aimed at feeding mass hysteria based on ignorance because the company and its editors obviously know that it is the kind of trash that many equally ignorant individuals in the United Kingdom seem to love.

Independent publishes funny article about post WWII Germany

The Independent's Caroline Mortimer's article about National Socialist influence on German's post war government to be investigated is hilarious.

Of course, National Socialist rebuilt Germany. They were the brains that made the German Miracle possible.

Americans and Russians were not stupid. Personal records were erased and/or rewritten. Wernher von Braun, the man that killed ten of thousands of Britons and much of London and other cities was employed by the US to develop the US Space Project. Many politicians and many military men, including members of the Gestapo and of the SS were employed by both the US and the Soviet Union.

For example, how many former SS, Gestapo and military officers were actually caught in Latin America? This is a very pertinent question that if it was raised it would embarrass quite a few people that actively protected them while writing and talking against National Socialist Germany.

Much of the military developments in Latin America before, during and after World War Two were possibly thanks to German support.

Crown Prosecution Service: What does 'wearing a political uniform' actually mean?

After reading the news and learning that Prosecutor Kirsty Allman had accused the Deputy Leader of a political party of "wearing a political uniform", I contacted the Crown Prosecution Service directly to know that Kirsty Allman actually meant when she made the accusation.

Unfortunately, nobody at the Crown Prosecution Service was actually able of explaining what the crime of 'wearing a political uniform' means.

Later, this evening, I read an article of The Independent that says that the said Deputy Leader was convicted of the crime of 'wearing a political uniform'. When I asked The Independent to explain what 'wearing a political uniform' means, nobody was at hand to explain and all they said was that they didn't have a clue themselves and that they just published what Police authorities said.

When you hears the words 'wearing a political uniform' one is reminded of the SS and of the SA thinking about political uniforms. What in the legal system is 'wearing a political uniform'? The Crown Prosecution Service doesn't seem to be able to explain. The Independent that published the article doesn't have a clue and I am sure that most if not all the readers of British newspapers know what the crime of 'wearing a political uniform' actually is.

I gave my name, my email address and my telephone number to the Crown Prosecution Service and hopefully somebody will come back to me to explain what 'wearing a political uniform' means.

Thank you for contacting Crown Prosecution Service (CPS) Enquiries

The CPS is responsible for prosecuting most criminal cases in England and Wales, following a police investigation.

If you are contacting CPS Enquiries in relation to a case which is presently before the courts, or in relation to a case which the CPS is advising the police on charges, you should contact the relevant CPS area directly.  Contact details for the 13 CPS regional offices can be found at the following link:

Your query may be forwarded to the relevant CPS regional office in the best position to respond to any issues that you have raised.  If your email is forwarded, a response will be provided to you by the relevant CPS regional office within 20 working days.

Please note that if you have previously been advised that the CPS cannot provide assistance to you and your query does not raise any new issues we will not be able to provide any further response.  If your enquiry does not relate to the CPS we will be unable to provide a response, but may be able to provide contact details for the relevant agency or organisation.

If we are talking about a crime, I assume that officers of the Law should be able to define it straightaway, instead of telling me that I have to wait to find out. Are they making laws as they move along? Are people being convicted on the basis of laws that do not actually exist?

What about the role of the mass media? Are the mass media supposed to print whatever they are told without even asking about what they are actually printing? The Independent does not have a clue and I reckon most if not all the other mass media haven't got a clue about what they crime actually was.
