The realities of Nuclear War

On the left, the image of London areas affected that could be bigger if instead of a 100 kiloton bomb there were several nuclear heads multiplying the destructive power. A missile can carry 14 nuclear heads.

Within the four inner circles, buildings will be erased and people will die immediately. Within the outer circle and beyond, radiation effects will take over. Some will die immediately and others will die painfully slowly. The descendants of those who manage to survive will be born with mutations and deformities.

During the evening, London has a population of about 8 million people. During daytime, the population of London grows because of commuting to the capital. So the estimate is that more than 4 million people will die immediately, the rest will die slowly suffering from high radiation doses.

 

The Russian Federation has stated very publicly that any no-fly zone will be a declaration of war while the Ukrainian President is attacking NATO for not implementing a no fly-zone. Since central areas of London are the site of political authorities and financial sectors, it would be expected that most Members of Parliament will be killed in the first blast. Buckingham Palace will be wiped out. Downing Street and other key departments like the Treasury will be wiped out. The City will be wiped out. Government, banking, communications, transport, financial activities will be paralysed. London will come to an abrupt halt.

London will have 15 minutes to prepare for it and it will happen when Britain least expect it for maximum repercussion and dire consequences. This will lead to the point of having to declare martial law in the United Kingdom. Civil rule will come to an end. In the chaos, healthcare facilities will not be able to cope. The rule of law will collapse with authorities struggling to maintain public order. Perfect environment for violence and widespread looting. Judging by the consequences of the riots because of the death of a black man in Tottenham some years ago and the inability of Police authorities to cope and prevent the spread of violence and looting across London that included burning of public and private property, I doubt very much that in a nuclear attack scenario Police forces will be able to cope and I also doubt that Armed Forces will be able to cope as radiation levels in Greater London will be so high that everybody who enters the area will be exposed to deadly radiation levels.  

 

Some years ago, there was a nuclear accident in Chernobyl. For many years, radiation exposure reached as far as Scotland. If a nuclear incident happens in London (or in several big cities including London) the entirety of the United Kingdom will be affected. The losses for Britain will be catastrophic. The human, social and financial consequences will be catastrophic. The British way of life will be wiped out.

This is why I feel so strongly that certain public statements made as knee-jerk reactions are extremely damaging and extremely dangerous. Cutting communication links is suicidal and this has effectively led to tit for tat reactions on both sides of the argument across the world. I always remind everybody about the Law of Unintended Consequences when events have a life of their own, when we lose control and end up just reacting to events that unfold and cannot be stopped.

I would suggest that only the British Prime Minister Boris Johnson has the authority to issue official statements about the conflict. I copy this correspondence to London’s Metropolitan Police because they will be the ones leading with first stages of dealing with the catastrophe.

Faslane and other military installations as well as nuclear reactors and communication networks including airports and port facilities are obvious targets. With the fallout, digital transactions across the United Kingdom will be affected and this means that every aspect of life in the United Kingdom will be disrupted.  

Within 20 minutes, depending on the location of launching sites, most of what we know will be destroyed forever.

This is why I believe that restraint both in terms of what is said and of what is done is crucially important. Public hysteria promoted by mass media in the United Kingdom spreads across all levels of society in the United Kingdom.

July 4th 1776 - Declaration of Independence. Such date is not only important for what is today the United States of America. It simbolizes the ultimate history lesson: if you want rights, you have to be willing to wage war to get what you want.

Britain is at a crossroads. We can talk about rights over and over again but in order to have rights you have to be willing to put your life in harm's way. 

When you hear talk about politicians ignoring the outcome of the 2016 Referendum on European Union Membership, you understand very clearly that there are those willing to overule the popular decision. The question is: what are you willing to do to force them to respect the outcome of the Referendum?

This is a July 4th moment. Make no mistake about it. This is the moment when what you are willing to do matters. In 1776, people knew that there was going to be war. In 1776, people knew that losing was not an option and that many of them would have to give their lives to achieve the desired aim.

Adolf Hitler said that when war begins there are no civilians. Having fought in the trenches, he knew that in each conflict there are at least two sides and there is no disctinction between civilian and military. When German bombs fell on British cities and when Allied bombs fell on German cities, the message was very clear. The bombs would not tell the difference between civilians and military. The only issue was who was going to be alive when the bombing stopped.

The Liberal Democrats and their allies that include some in the Conservative camp have openly said that they don't recognize the outcome of the Referendum and have therefore classed themselves as the Enemy that needs to be defeated by those in the Leave camp.

At this  point in time, there is no Labour Party and no Conservative Party. There are two parties: Leave and Remain. This has all the characteristics of a Civil War and in a Civil War there will be casualties.

Britain's recipes for disaster: Policing in crisis via irrational budget cuts

The news that local communities are having to step in to replace absent Police Forces that have been cut to the bone to the point that they have become ineffective is not the image a successful country can offer to the world. The news that Britain doesn't have enough Border Police resources to patrol its own coast to prevent illegal immigrants from entering the country is not the image a successful country can offer to the world.

We can build very expensive aircraft carriers. We can have a Nuclear Deterrent. We can invest billions in Defence. But if we don't have the minimum resources to deal with vital areas of public security and public safety, we are doomed as a country.

Neither Conservatives, nor Labour, nor Liberal Democrats, none of the so called mainstream political parties have the vision that is need to keep Britain safe and this is why we need National Socialism to deal with public security and public safety, to ensure that everybody is safe without the stupidity promoted by Political Correctness.

When prisons are drugs and violence safe heavens, when we are not safe in our streets and in our own homes, when criminals known to Security Forces can carry out murderous attacks because we don't have neither the resources nor the intelligence to deal with threats we are doomed as a country.

For all the speeches about 'lessons will be learnt', Security Services in this country are not fit for purpose and the Political Establishment and the Mass Media are very much to blame for this nightmare.

Internet: A safety valve, Breivik, Dumblane

I reckon that thanks to the Internet and the possibility of using it as a safety valve in an increasingly dictatorial social environment, we don't see more violent explosions.

Internet keeps people talking and talking can be a very good thing to defuse a time-bomb that could be generated by a deadly combination of frustration and isolation.

When censorship arises those who are behind want to believe that stopping people from writing articles they will avoid the unavoidable and in fact quite the opposite happens. The more repression there is, the more isolated people become, unable to to express their views, they start storing anger and when anger reaches unstoppable energy it explodes.

I wrote several articles and one of them has to do with what happened in a location called Dumblane. A loner called Thomas Hamilton, leaves his home and armed to the teeth enters the premises of a primary school and kills both teachers and pupils.

Not long ago, Anders Behring Breivik carried out a massage at a camp in Norway and many young people lost their lives without even knowing why they were killed.

As long as people focus their minds writing and interacting with others, as long as they are not left in complete isolation to brew a dangerous mix of frustration and anger, society as a whole will be safer. This is why I am totally against levels of censorship that deprive society of a safety valve.

Just a few weeks ago, troubles started in Turkey. The authorities blocked access to Internet thinking that by blocking access to Internet they could control an potentially explosive situation. It was absolutely counterproductive. People unable to vent their anger and their frustrations in Internet, flocked into the streets and real violence was widespread.

What most people want is to be heard. To feel that they are not alone. This is the fundamental role of Internet as a safety valve.
