Trevor Phillips in the eye of the political storm regarding Islam

Trevor Phillips in the eye of the political storm regarding Islam

Trevor Phillips
Nick Griffin
These two main went to war some years ago when the challenge was the Constitution of the British National Party. The struggle costed the political organisation a critical amount of resources and initiated the process leading to electoral losses in the British National Party. Not long afterwards in what was effectively a coup within the BNP, Adam Walker and Clive Jefferson orchastred the expulsion of Nick Griffin and the organisation became a phantom organisation without any real political purpose because the Leader and the Deputy Leader became invisible.

Nick Griffin was crucified for denouncing that Muslim gangs were preying on vulnerable boys and girls. The BBC called Nick Griffin 'racist'. More than a decade later, Nick Griffin was proven right, but still the political establishment and the mass media who spread so much poison against Nick Griffin couldn't bring themselves to apologize for having wrongly accused Nick Griffin and for having looked the other way while thousands of British children were being sexually abused, raped, plied with drugs and alcohol and even tortured and killed. In far too many cases, the culprits were never found. Now we face the absurdity of a government that doesn't want to publicise reports of those who were found and convicted in British courts.

Throughout the years, Trevor Phillips views on some issues have changed and now he himself has a different stance. The former head of the EHRC (Equality and Human Rights Commission) stated that UK Muslim population is 'different'. For having the courage of being frank and open, Trevor Phillips has been suspended by a Labour Party that stands accused of hatred against Jews. Suspending Trevor Phillips was a logical thing to do by a Labour Party that has direct links with Islamic terrorist organisations and has been openly attacking the State of Israel.

This is about the Labour Party's revenge against Trevor Phillips because Trevor Phillips and 23 other public figures wrote last year to The Guardian newspaper stating that they would not vote for the Labour Party because of the association of the Labour Party with Anti-Semitism.And what is the EHRC doing right now? The EHRC is investigating the Labour Party for Anti-Semitism and the Conservative Party for Islamophobia. So this goes beyond Anti-Semitism and Islmamophobia. This is a political struggle with geopolitical angles and goes to the root of what Britain stands. This is also - critically - about National Security.

The Labour Party sold out to Irish terrorism by becoming extremely close to the IRA. The Labour Party looked the other way when in places like Rotherham they ignored the plight of vulnerable boys and girls attacked by Muslim rape gangs. It must be said that - althrough not all involved in such criminal activities can be classed as Muslim - a disproportionate number are of Muslim Pakistani descent and some have stated that this could be do to cultural and religious issues and the ghetto realities of Britain. In quite a few cases, Diversity has been exactly the opposite of genuine Integration.

Walker/Jefferson: The Demise of the British National Party

Walker/Jefferson: The Demise of the British National Party

Clive Jefferson and Adam Walker
Reading pages of Hope Not Hate or other pages in Internet referring to what happened to the British National Party, the truth of the matter is that most of what happened to the British National Party has been self-inflicted.

Practically every negative event that led to its fall from grace has been linked to mishandling and bad management of one kind or another.

The organisation came to prominence after winning two seats in the European Parliament on the back of an anti-immigration stance that also led to a Referendum on EU Membership that in 2016, several year later, produced Brexit when the British National Party itself went through a series of scandals, electoral losses and leadership challenges that sent the organisation into the shadows of political activity in the United Kingdom.

Before that, in 2006, the British National Party had won 12 seats in the London Borough of Barking and this was followed in 2008 by the election of Richard Barnbrook as London Assembly Member, setting the tone for what was going to happen during the European Election of 2009.

After the departure of John Tyndall - former National Front politician - with the arrival of Nick Griffin, for many years the name British National Party was closely associated with its Leader that as a Cambridge University graduate had a taste and talent for mass media. Wherever Nick Griffin went, mass media were not far behind and the organisation was constantly in the public limelight. Nick Griffin made the British National Party a household name and as the popularity of so called mainstream political parties was floundering people who had never even thought about supporting the British National Party voted in rows leading to the election of Nick Griffin and Andrew Brons as Members of the European Parliament. All was well. The organisation has established a foothold in London of all places, in Europe, but the House of Commons remained an elusive target.

Having a Member of the London Assembly, 12 Councillors in Barking and 2 MEPs was impressive but in practical terms it couldn't make much of a difference from a political point of view. The struggle had to continue by means of constant campaigning as little could be done with such a small number of elected representatives. The British National Party could bark from behind the fence but the real game was taking place elsewhere in the hands of so called mainstream political parties. It could have made a difference in financial terms as monies were flowing in and this would have allowed important organisational developments that could have strengthened the British National Party to make it able to win more seats to then become a force to be reckoned with.

Infighting and bad decision making exposed the organisation to ridicule as everybody interested in destroying the British National Party could take advantage of all the mistakes being made. Unity in the European Parliament didn't last. Very soon, there were distinct factions that were at each other's throats and this spread downwards affecting the grassroots of the organisation whose efforts had made possible electoral success.

Electoral gains based on slogans couldn't last long without serious political hard-work. Central Office sucked the life out of the branches of the organisation that had made success possible and disintegration followed. Some blamed Nick Griffin for all the ills of the organisation but they seldom paid any attention to the fact that far too many people were merely interested in slogans as they had no inclination in getting involved with the laborious workings of politics. For a organisation to remain a meaningful political force it is necessary that after promising the Earth there is some kind of delivery to justify trust in the organisation.

Unavoidably, all electoral success was quickly wiped-out and lessons were not learnt. Infighting continued. Today, the British National Party has invisible Leader (Adam Walker) and invisible Deputy Leader (Clive Jefferson). Its Central Office has been practically dismantled. Local and Regional Organisers have been dismissed or have walked away. The organisation has less than 500 members. Even the man that stood as Candidate in several elections including the 2016 London Assembly Election (Dave Furness) and was also its main speaker in dealings with mass media as Press Officer has been banned from speaking to mass media.

The BNP Leadership - Adam Walker and Clive Jefferson - will be challenged in court accused of financial irregularities and of changing legally protected areas of the party's Constitution but unless the faithful find a Messiah to deliver them from political evil the chances of being able to revive what was a very successful organisation hang in the balance.

With Adam Walker as Leader (a Karate instructor and former military man with no political experience and no mass media experience whatsoever) -  and with Clive Jefferson as Deputy Leader and National Treasurer (a retired engineer of whom two companies were closed down by the Inland Revenue for failure to produce proper accounts), the organisation has no hope in hell of achieving political prominence any time soon.

In spite of all odds, the grassroots made up of members and former members of the British National Party remain hopeful. They are not just praying for a miracle but actively working to turn things around for good in an organisation that is being used by Adam Walker and Clive Jefferson to supplement their incomes using legacies, donations and membership fees to support themselves.

British National Party - still around but only just

Paul Sturdy - London Region
British National Party still around but only just

For many, including the mass media, the British National Party has practically disappeared. Since Adam Walker took over in 2014 as Leader, with National Treasurer Clive Jefferson as Deputy Leader, not much has been happening in terms of political activities.

Adam Walker has not been the most active of political leaders, usually carrying out interviews without telling interviewees on the streets that he is actually Leader of the British National Party.
Adam Walker

In 2017, at the General Election, the BNP only managed to stand 10 candidates but things are even worse. It is not just about the lack of people willing to stand in elections. It is also about the way that several years monies (i.e. membership fees, donations and legacies) have been used. With barely two employees, apart from the Leader and the Deputy Leader that also get paid), the BNP managed to squander hundreds of thousands of Pound in salaries and "Administration Costs". Not that the local or regional branches - where there are still branches - get any kind of financial support from Central Office. In places like London, for example, branches have to manage to survive with whatever they get from collections and activists usually have to buy leaflets taking monies out of their pockets. They get no support whatsoever from Central Office.

The party is supposed to have four sessions of its National Executive every year and is also supposed to have a National Party Conference every year. It has been reported that the NEC hardly meets and that in 2017 there is not going to be a National Party Conference. For this reason, the London Region is organising a Regional Party Conference and has invited members of other regions.

Pictures of properties reportedly acquired by Adam Walker - at the moment Adam Walker's income is made up mainly of what he gets from the British National Party and from Karate Lessons- have been published. You would say that such income would not be enough to buy properties worth hundreds of thousands of Pound.

A brief look at the BNP Statements of Accounts presented to the Electoral Commission shows quite a few things that do not add up. (This information is readily available because it has been posted by the Electoral Commission on its website).

We have spoken with the Electoral Commission and with Members of Parliament about what is going on and sooner than later the Inland Revenue will have to intervene (and most probably also Police authorities will have to intervene). If as we suspect the present Leadership is taking monies as 'personal income' without declaring that it is 'personal income', this would be a clear case of false accounting and tax evasion and Adam Walker and Clive Jefferson would be liable for it.

In an effort to salvage the British National Party and prevent Adam Walker and Clive Jefferson from using the British National Party as a cash cow for their own private benefit, the London Region will have its own separate Regional Party Conference.

There is more to come and we will be reporting it as it happens.

BNP: The reality BNP members should know about

BNP: The reality BNP members should know about

Statement of Accounts 2016 Electoral Commission

The British National Party was run from a room in an industrial park in Cumbria until head office was moved to a room above a supermarket. Looking at successive Statements of Accounts presented to the Electoral Commission members and those making donations to the British National Party will be shocked when they know exactly what is being done with their membership monies and donations.

The picture is just a sample of the full Statement of Accounts presented to the Electoral Commission. As it appears, three people - the Leader Adam Walker, the Deputy Leader Clive Jefferson and the PA to the Leader pay themselves 122,691 Pound a year. But this is not all. Given how the party is run, it is very difficult to justify 162,162 Pound spent in what is labelled in the Statement of Accounts as Branch. For a party that barely appears on the news and given the fact that local branches of the organisation - the few that are still around - self-finance themselves - and given the fact that the party was merely able to stand less than 10 candidates in a General Election and took part in a few by-elections, the amount of 27,948 Pound as Campaigning fund is even more difficult to justify. Then comes 45,381 Pound claimed to have been spent in Commercial Activities.

But apart from the issue that after an initial analysis the numbers that appear on the Statement of Accounts 2016 are not credible, the question arises about where the monies actually go and serious doubts arise about what amount of money the Leader and the Deputy Leader are actually taking home and how much income they are actually declaring in their Income Tax Declarations sent to the Inland Revenue, in which case we could be talking about tax evasion.

Looking at past and present Statement of Accounts, the Deputy Leader Clive Jefferson, who at one point asked the party for monies to be used for private purposes, now appears to have become a lender to the party. Here comes the issue of legacies. Are legacies made to the party as an organisation or are legacies that should be made to the organisation being made to Clive Jefferson that then proceeds 'to lend money to the party'?

What is the situation from a legal standpoint? Is this done in accordance with present legislation regarding political parties and taxation for both political parties and individuals?

However, the bigger issue involves the members and those who continue giving money to the British National Party. Be very much aware of what is being done in your name and of who is benefiting from your hard earned money. If you are somebody thinking about becoming a member, about making a donation or writing a legacy to the British National Party or giving you legacy to the Deputy Leader of the British National Party, think very carefully because apart from publishing a website and organising phantom political campaigns with the few people still willing to stand in Elections, the organisation is being run for the sole benefit a few individuals at the top - less than five - who are cashing in monies that are supposed to be used for political purposes, monies that end up being used for private purposes.

We have no doubt that within the organisation and especially at local branch level there are true believers that are not there for private interest but have a legitimate interest. Unfortunately, the one body that was supposed to oversee the actions of the Leadership and what is done on behalf of the organisation - the National Executive Council - is now namely Clive Jefferson himself that also happens to be the Deputy Leader and National Treasurer.

British National Party: What next?

British National Party: What next?

The talk has been that a weakened United Kingdom Independence Party would lead to the rise of the British National Party once again and there is something in the air looking at what is happening to UKIP and what is happening in Nationalists ranks.

Electoral defeat is sometimes an eye opener to show to - at least the grassroots - that division is not conducive to victory. There is a less confrontational approach regarding factions within the Nationalist Movement.

Just a few days ago, Richard Edmonds, who started his political life in the National Front and is back in the National Front after spending quite a long time in the British National Party of which he was at one point Acting Leader - delivered a speech surrounded by a congregation of members of the British National Party.

There is a certain rapport between grassroots of different Nationalist groups and this is critical, especially taking into account that the Leadership of the British National Party is practically invisible. The old hands of the British National Party are still very much at work - as they have always been - while party Leader Adam Walker and Deputy Leader Clive Jefferson are nowhere to be seen.

High ranking former members of the British National Party are now acting as go-between with a myriad of other groups and organisations including National Front and London Forum.

What has changed? British National Party policies were adopted by so called mainstream political parties and many of the issues raised by the British National Party are no longer taboo. What is more, many of the issues are the core of the debate in Continental Europe. Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary were taken to court by the EU because their governments opposed flood immigration and hold strong views regarding economic migrants that some class as asylum seekers and refugees.

Poland, Czech Republic and Hungary also raised issues about the cultural and religious background of those entering the European Union - something the British National Party talked about practically from the very beginning.

Therefore, although the stigma regarding membership of the British National Party persists, British National Party policies are now very much mainstream. Even Trevor Phillips, former foe of the British National Party, is saying what the BNP has said all along and here is an example of it:

"Trevor Phillips attacks political correctness for failing to tackle Muslim child sex gang"

The World has changed. Britain has changed. There is growing discontent against Political Correctness and the British National Party finds himself vindicated after being persecuted for telling the truth about what now has become public knowledge.

Having said that, in order to re-invigorate itself to play once again a protagonist role in British politics, the British National Party would need to change the way it operates and most importantly would have to go for a change of Leadership, a Leadership that has been practically invisible for far too long.

Although no one has expressed openly that they are ready to rock the boat, discontent with the present Leadership is all too obvious. In the past, Midlands would have been the most important region of the British National Party. Nowadays, London is the most important region after Midlands was gradually dismantled.

Mike Jones, Paul Sturdy and John Clarke - long standing organisers - have kept the movement alive. Financial dependency is no longer what it used to be and local branches are very much self-sufficient.
The bone of contention is that Central Office (the top administrating unit) still has the power to nominate candidates and can use disciplinary procedures as a deterrent.

Vince Cable - once again Liberal Democrat Member of Parliament and now Lib Dem Leader - spoke about the need for a new centrist party. The same applies to Nationalism where it has become increasingly obvious that a new political force could rise joining all the pieces of the Nationalist puzzle.

Tre Azam: Did he really want to talk with the British National Party?

Some years ago, Tre Azam, became notorious as one of the competitors in The Apprentice with Sir Alan Sugar, a programme broadcast by the BBC.

Later on, in 2008, we has taken to court and convicted of fraudulent welfare claims and sentenced to 80 hours of community service.

Today, Tre Azam's videos appear on YouTube and Community Channel, videos in which he condemns the British National Party as being 'anti-Islam' and ask members of the Muslim Community to engage in the democratic process.

In one of his videos, Tre Azam says that he was making an effort to contact the British National Party and ask about party policies regarding Muslims and Islam and stated that he had not been able to find any British National Party representative ready and willing to talk to him.

Unknown to him, the British National Party had been trying to contact him directly via Community Channel and LBC Radio (it is known that some time ago Tre Azam presented a programme on LBC radio on Saturdays).

Recently, messages were sent to Sofia Couceiro (producer for Community Channel) and James Rea (in charge of News for LBC radio). Twitter and Facebook messages were sent to Tre Azam.

There seems to be a pattern in terms of the mass media or individuals saying that they cannot contact the British National Party when in fact the British National Party is always available but gets very few requests for interviews.

A British National Party representative told us that they wanted to talk with Tre Azam but that unfortunately Tre Azam had not tried to contact them.

The British National Party has points of contact across the United Kingdom and in London, Steve Squire - London Regional Organiser - has always been available to provide information and respond to mass media requests.

Udo Voigt - first NPD representative in the EU Parliament

Udo Voigt, a German politician - former aviation engineer and Captain in the German Army, born on 14 April 1952, is now a brand new member of the European Parliament representing NPD - National Democratic Party of Germany.
As UKIP rises in the British Political world pushing down the British National Party, Nationalism is on the rise across Europe.
The Front National came first in elections in France. In Germany, NPD gets its first representative in the European Parliament.
In Greece, Golden Dawn gets three members elected to the European Parliament despite organized repression and deliberate attacks against members of Golden Dawn.
Each Nationalist political party is doing its best in the harshest of political conditions and against all odds.
In Germany there have been repeated attempts to ban NPD but the German Electorate, despite state repression, got their man elected. As former Chairman of NPD and given its profile as engineer and military man, Udo Voigt looks and sounds like an excellent choice.

When it comes to bullfighting, I support the bull

When it comes to bullfighting that is a kind of national entertainment in Spain, I am on the side of the bull.

The Corridas had to be suspended when all matadors were gored by the bulls. What usually happens is that the bulls are bullied, tired up, made to bleed and later on killed for the amusement of the public.

To see animals abused as a form of entertainment really and truly displeases me, annoys me and generates in me deep rooted anger against people engaged in this kind of spectacles. The sheer brutality of the so called Corridas is absolutely barbaric.
