Northern Ireland: without all sides agreeing there is no power sharing, without power sharing there is no Good Friday Agreement

Stark reality: unless all sides agree, Northern Ireland is moving towards Direct Rule and this would be the end of power sharing and of the Good Friday Agreement, and this wouls signal a return to the old days.
